The staff was able to answer questions the local pool stores could or would not. The products I purchased met all my high expectations. The 8.95 packaging fee with free shipping was not a limiting factor.

Left Hand and Right Hand After waiting for our pool cover for some time I called Pool Center. They didn't know why the order hadn't been filled and shipped. They called the manufacturer. The manufacturer thought we ordered a custom cover and didn't have enough information to make the cover. We did not order a custom cover. Finally, a week later we received the off-the-shelf cover we ordered.

Shipped wrong cover We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.
