Shipped wrong cover We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.

Their site was very easy to navigate, with abundent information on the products they offered. I felt extremely confident when i placed my order, I would be receiving the best possible product to meet my needs. I placed my order at 11 am on Thursday and the package was at my door step by 10 am friday. The cover is very well made and offered at a great price.

Garbage product and waiting on a response from customer service Purchased 15 sets of water bags for tying down an in-ground pool cover and they are made of the flimsiest plastic imaginable. More than half of the water bags already had splits or pin sized holes in them upon arrival. Absolutely garbage. Sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and am waiting on a response.
