Web site needs some help We actually have not received the cover yet but I'm sure it will be fine. The only issue was trying to order it on line. It is too difficult to describe the issues that I had here but it got to where I actually had to phone my order in. The sales lady I spoke to was very efficient and helpful She also said they were having issues with the web site so apparently it wasn't just me. Looking forward to the arrival of the cover tomorrow. If there are any issues there, I will be updating this review.

Mesh Safety Cover Purchase I called to place my order and the person I spoke with was positively awesome. Got the order placed in no time and received follow-up e-mails to notify the order was in process then the order had shipped complete with tracking number. The cover came in just a few days. I have opened the box and checked the cover and it looks very well made. Can't wait to have it installed at the end of the season. I will without hesitation be a repeat customer.

Fast, Efficiant, and Quality products I was exceptionaly happy with my choice to order my new pool cover from The Pool Centers. Their site was very easy to navigate, with abundent information on the products they offered. I felt extremely confident when i placed my order, I would be receiving the best possible product to meet my needs. I placed my order at 11 am on Thursday and the package was at my door step by 10 am friday. The cover is very well made and offered at a great price.

Covers recieved as ordered Had to replace an existing extremely heavy 10 year old safety cover on our pool. The solid and mesh safety covers for our custom shaped pool are now beyond expensive so am going back to a good alternative. Quality cannot be judged without a few years of use but the literature gives a good sense of anticipated quality. Cover arrived within a few days, am looking forward to closing

Quality, fast delivery and reasonably priced. Looking for a new pool cover, googled and found The Pool Cover.
