Four months, no results, stage changed backwards My DNA was received by Nebula in late August. Its now Feb 8th and is in the status extraction phase. This is after having been shown as in the sequencing stage. I had numerous tickets and email exchanges submitted and yet, I have no results. I can't get anyone to fix this problem. Sad experience.

Great customers' support I haven't gotten my results back yet, but I wanted to write about how great the company's support team is. I have several issues receiving the kit due to my country's policy, however Matt who assisted me did everything possible for me to get the package (he even re-sent it a couple of times without additional charges). Thank you for everything!

We found our answer… Doctors kept saying my daughters condition was probably from biological moms drug use. There was no indication during adoption of drug use. Ordered there test and found her diagnosis. Went back to doctors and they reran DNA using their preferred lab. Same results and now my daughter is getting the right treatment.

No result no response Sent in a sample over seven months ago and have not received a report. Their customer service team and infrastructure seems to have been dismantled since then. Although the company was probably legitimate when it started, it has descended into a scam.

Great for the health and behavioural results The results I received for the health are really comprehensive and detailed. I have 100% pre-disposition for 15 types of diseases/conditions and 3 of those I really already had in the past and other 2 occured in my family. So now I will carefully monitor the rest. Generally, I'm very impressed with the results. They were also updated few times within the year, when the new researches were published. Regarding the ancestry - results were too complicated for me to understand. So if your main interest is the ancestry - I would suggest to use the more simple test. But for the health and behavior output - Nebula is the best.
