We found our answer… Doctors kept saying my daughters condition was probably from biological moms drug use. There was no indication during adoption of drug use. Ordered there test and found her diagnosis. Went back to doctors and they reran DNA using their preferred lab. Same results and now my daughter is getting the right treatment.

Refusal to respond after making several unsuccessful… I have made several unsuccessful attempts to get a response about the status of my test after the system was having problems and supposedly corrected according to their team. I started this process in September 2023, and in November 2023, I was at the same step in the portal, which stated, "Your sample has passed all the control tests and is being sequenced!" Now no one will respond to my inquiries. Have they gone out of business?

Great customers' support I haven't gotten my results back yet, but I wanted to write about how great the company's support team is. I have several issues receiving the kit due to my country's policy, however Matt who assisted me did everything possible for me to get the package (he even re-sent it a couple of times without additional charges). It has given me items to watch for in the future as I age as well. I cannot do enough to recommend Nebula and do every chance I get. My sister-in-law actually signed up right after me and she too has found amazing information to provide her medical providers so she's no longer going down the rabbit hole. She and I both are now working towards getting results which the DNA testing has provided us.

it worked I was getting worried by reading other reviews but then my report arrived. For me it took almost 4 months but that was expected. Note that I'm from Italy so I also had to ship back the sample myself.
