Terrible customer service. Bad customer service. I've been very patient and waiting for some positive news for the last 18 month. The first sample dna failed, i've got the replacement kit. The second attemp was also unsuccessful. Well now its over 8 month, and i still can not get the results for the third dna sample that i sent. Customer Support always replies with the same information. I had some luck as nebula made an excpetion for me and returned my money after about of week and several attempts

Great customers' support I haven't gotten my results back yet, but I wanted to write about how great the company's support team is. I have several issues receiving the kit due to my country's policy, however Matt who assisted me did everything possible for me to get the package (he even re-sent it a couple of times without additional charges). Thank you for everything!

it worked I was getting worried by reading other reviews but then my report arrived. For me it took almost 4 months but that was expected. Note that I'm from Italy so I also had to ship back the sample myself.

I sent my test in and it was being… I sent my test in and it was being processed for 5 months. After reaching out a few times they said it had failed and they had experienced a technical glitch and that it falsely represented the ‘processing’ stage. I asked for a refund because they didn’t get back to me initially and because the glitch on there delayed the process. They said no and haven’t replied to my numerous emails following up. Any recommendations on what I should do?

Waste of time and money I am downgrading my original review to… There is no particular interesting data on site, and you cannot actually download the data, as the 70 GB files always crash half-way through. There is a summary file that successfully downloads, but there isn't enough information on it for anyone else (23andme / yourdnaportal) to be able to make use of it. Overall, a complete waste of money. A wiser choice would be to go straight to 23andme and do the test with them.
