I've used it for years and there's never downtime (aside from the very occasional scheduled 2am update kinda thing) it's versatile, my clients find it easy to use and it's definitely made a great impact on my business with the ability to tame those contracts and invoices. Went from loving it to hating it Went from loving it to hating it! I've used it for years and suddenly it all went downhill. One of my clients ordered prints for the first time and somehow I lost $55 on the entire order because Shootproof screwed up! For some weird reason, they decided to change the prices on my prints without telling me anything!!!! On top of that, there was a shipping fee that the client should have been charged (NOT ME) because that's how I set it up but they charged me!! And all the extra fees I was completely unaware of!!! I wrote to them 3 TIMES with a complaint and not a single of my emails has been answered!!!! It's been about a month and they're just simply ignoring me. Now I hate Shootproof with a passion and will LITERALLY NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

I really like shoot proof but.... I really like shoot proof. The idea it has behind the aim for simplicity is illuminating towards people like me. I’m always on the go and like sites like ShootProof for a one stop shop. I’d like to have it be a little more user friendly in navigating through the site and what I want. I’m computer savvy and know my way around a PC and Mac. There are a few areas I’d make more efficient. This way it would make me getting to know the site faster.

After 35 years of professional… After 35 years of professional photography, I finally can rely on a service that works for me and my clients...Shoot proof had made my life and business operation so much easier, regardless of how seldom we use the site, but those few times had been worth the money spent for the entire year!
