DONT SIGN UP! DONT SIGN UP! They promised to be ready with 3D-secure payment in EU by January 2021. They were not!!! And they are not even close to being helpful with a fast solution. So now my customers can’t pay and my business are on the breaking point because of this. DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM, they don’t deserve it!!! They literally don’t want to help!

Best I have used I have been using ShootProof for over six years. My uploads are fast, the site is reliable, and the price is reasonable. The customer interface is attractive. I have used several hosting companies, and ShootProof has been the best. They continue to make improvements. Being able to see what my clients have made as their favorites and what is in their cart is very useful, especially if they aren't tech-savvy and have problems.

I appreciate that when I have questions I can get someone on the phone for assistance (or a quickly returned call). My clients enjoy a beautiful proof site and an easy ordering process.When I first started I needed help with a canvas order the young lady was very helpful with the issue and even mailed a personal note after! Very Disappointing Very Disappointing. Zero customer service. I was with them for years and the whole system is a mess compared to what I am with now. They didn't try to fix anything, offer support or improve their services in that time. I also paid a year upfront and closed my account after 2 months - they are keeping the whole years payment and didn't even look for feedback why I left. A poor business that I wouldn't recommend. Studio Ninja is fantastic, try that!

Really great to work with Really great to work with . Very easy to figure out how to work with it and they have tutorials if you need help. Very customizable. Would recommend to every photographer. Being able to deliver photo without a flash drive or use of dropbox is very convenient. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the commerce end needs a little tweaking. it can be a bit confusing to track if you have many order coming in at once. so its really a 4.5 star review
