I love Shootproof I love Shootproof. It has made it so much easier to put all of my business into one site. My galleries, contracts, invoices, contacts and so many things all in one place. I love how beautiful and professional the galleries look when I send them to my clients. I refer everyone to Shootproof. The only thing I would request is that they find a way to better download and save all the monetary spreadsheets. It becomes very time consuming and difficult at tax time to go through and save all of the numbers item by item.

It has the tools, but the tools are somewhat dysfunctional Pros + Attractive showcase for portfolio + Contracts + A database to keep your client's info + Somewhat simple to use, it's straightforward, but there are some functions that are so inefficient. Cons - Contracts don't always send with ease, sometimes they don't deliver, I contacted Shootproof and they didn't really help at all with this issue. I mentioned I used Hellosign and contracts went through flawlessly, that it could be something in their code or configurations to have other people's emails block them, no response. - When loading your portfolio/album, it takes a looooong time compared to Zenfolio, which loads extremely fast. I'm currently considering leaving Shootproof and using Zenfolio or other options and make sure my photographer groups know the pros and cons. Zenfolio also allows way more images to be uploaded with their base packages.

Very Disappointing Very Disappointing. Zero customer service. I was with them for years and the whole system is a mess compared to what I am with now. They didn't try to fix anything, offer support or improve their services in that time. I also paid a year upfront and closed my account after 2 months - they are keeping the whole years payment and didn't even look for feedback why I left. A poor business that I wouldn't recommend. Studio Ninja is fantastic, try that!

I love Shootproof!! I love Shootproof!!! It's so much simpler to send contracts, galleries, automated emails etc than any other product I've tried. They have seamless print ordering available through all the big name printing companies, and clients can pay straight through Shootproof. Their customer service is top notch! I truly look and feel more professional because of ShootProof!!

Love using Shootproof Love using Shootproof. I've used it for years and there's never downtime (aside from the very occasional scheduled 2am update kinda thing) it's versatile, my clients find it easy to use and it's definitely made a great impact on my business with the ability to tame those contracts and invoices.
