GBRecent changes = major glitches, can’t contact by phone The company has changed a lot of things on their website without working out all the kinks first. Any good company fully tests major changes BEFORE going live with them. There’s MAJOR glitches that have to be worked around in order to simply complete a task, and not all the options are available due to whatever technical issues they’ve not yet solved. All my templates that I spent a considerable amount of time on have been deleted with the website changes. Oh, and you can’t even contact the company. The message on their support line is “our team is not currently available by phone.” That says a lot right there. They’re obviously experiencing so many issues that they don’t want to answer the phone. What kind of business doesn’t answer the phone? Not a reputable one. It’s extremely frustrating since everything worked so great before (and the glitches reflect negatively on the professionalism of the photographer). I’ve been with them for years, but now I’m ditching them as soon as my last invoice is paid. Look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

GBGreat company, would be nice to know I am heard. Great company. Amazing galleries for all my clients. I'm giving it four stars because they still haven't created an option for larger files (max is 50mb per image). I have stated that I would pay more for this feature. My camera shots 61megapixel images. I bought it specifically to print larger without sacrificing image quality. So, ShootProof is my bottleneck at the moment. Fix that and we have 5 stars.

GBBeware of fees for buyer error I enjoy the product and I have tried a few different programs. However, be advised that if a buyer makes an error in their order and files a dispute, YOU, their paying customer, are charged a fee for the investigation of the dispute. I received a notification that somebody had flagged the charge from Shootproof as fraudulent, upon investigation it was clearly an error on the part of the person purchasing pictures. I offered to resolve it directly with the customer, which I was happy to do, but Shootproof refused to remove the $15 charge for the "investigation."

PYI love ShootProof so much I love ShootProof so much, because since I started using this platform, my life has become so much easier! My clients can pick their favorite pictures from each session and I simply edit the ones they choose! Can't imagine my business without ShootProof!
