Greatful I am very greatful to have been part of the club I am doing great, Dena was the reason I got better and I am forever grateful for that, when everybody wanted to charge outrageous amount for coaching I found her free group and it was the best thing ever. Thank you Dena for your guidance, for your knowledge, support and for being available when I most needed someone. I am forever grateful for you.

Mamas Club is da Bomb! My time every week with the Empowered Mamas Club is sacred. If I have to miss, I am pretty bummed out. It is a safe place to be real and vulnerable because the other mamas are dealing with the same issues and concerns. We laugh, cry, talk parenting logistics and so much more. If you are considering whether you should join or not, do not hesitate! For a mama who is isolated in the middle of Montana, working from home, and not getting out as much as I should, this group has ben a Godsend.

Dena is absolutely amazing Dena is absolutely amazing! I met Dena through her bi-weekly Mama support zoom meetings when my daughter was just 2 months old. I then joined the private Mama’s club where we do everything from pampering ourselves to receiving training on how to get through our postpartum season. My daughter is almost 14 months and I have seen the major difference in myself from when I first started to now and it’s all thanks to Dena and the amazing work and support that she provides! ❤️
