DEAVOID - awful customer service Absolutely absurd how you have to pay for an entire year to cancel a subscription. There was no reminder email sent before my card was charged, no way to modify a subscription plan. I do not recommend this service, the notes on there were useless and clearly this is a scam for more money.

USNO NOT RECOMMEND I purchased this for my daughter who was entering her freshman year of college. She said the website was useless and she did not use it (her classes are heavy on math and science). Before her sophomore year of college, OneClass NEVER sent a reminder email stating that the renewal subscription was coming due (which is a common practice) and automatically charged my credit card. That same day I asked for it to be cancelled and they refused and lied during the dispute process. Based on my experience, OneClass is an unethical company and willing to take advantage of customers.

USDECEPTIVE SCAMMERS!!! NOTE TO THE TEAM OF TRUST PILOT: THIS IS MY USERNAME ON YOUR WEBSITE AS WELL AS ON OneClas WEBSITE - OC3588406, I wanted to access Actuarial Science from Winters college. Before subscription, the keyword was supposed to be in the file, but after I brought the premium the keyword wasn't in the file. SCAMMERS!!!! I am going to file a complaint against them if they don't refund my money! Very deceptive!!! I will make sure I will, please refund my $39.98 monthly subscription, the keyword I searched in the document before I upgraded showed a specific document, and once I purchased the keyword was missing!!! REFUND ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! I WILL FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST YOU GUYS FOR CLEAR DECEPTION IF YOU DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!

INPLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE… PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES -they are the biggest scammers on the web - they will charge you for multiple months despite ending their service - worse experience with an online service

CAOneclass wrongfully reported my… Oneclass wrongfully reported my previous review. The truth must get out. I have opened a total of 3 tickets curtsey of their customer service section on their website. In addition, I have also sent a total of 7 emails. All of which have not gotten a response. Issue: They blocked my account, hindering my ability to use their services or even deactivate my account. Yet they continue to charge me a $40 monthly premium. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
