3 stars for paying anything. Minus 2 for payout amounts and accuracy. I'm happy OneClass pays anything for notes. That's where the 3 stars come from. Minus two stars because: - OneClass effectively pays far less than minimum wage, while charging premium users $10 to $40 a month, and $40 for access to a single document (which implies to me that notetakers could be paid better) - I have at least 4 $10 gift cards that are still "under review" from months / years ago, which means that OneClass is either bad at record-keeping... or bad at ensuring money is paid out, neither of which is great for me - Every time I have contacted customer service, the person has 1) asked me questions that I have already answered to that same person, and 2) spent far too long trying to figure out the issue

OneClass has been an essential site… OneClass has been an essential site that I have used for the past 3 years of my post-secondary life. It’s has helped tremendously with school lectures. Customer service is super friendly and understanding. I highly recommend this resource for all those struggling. Being a premium member unlocked many notes I needed! Thank you one note for helping me get through post-secondary!

I was an elite notetaker I was an elite notetaker. I was not notified that I was removed from that position until I contacted a representative about missing a payment. Apparently the client who was in need of the notes no longer needed them. Plus, the number of pages you can do on one topic does not equate to the amount of credits you receive in return.

Before subscription, the keyword was supposed to be in the file, but after I brought the premium the keyword wasn't in the file. SCAMMERS!!!! I am going to file a complaint against them if they don't refund my money! Very deceptive!!! I will make sure I will, please refund my $39.98 monthly subscription, the keyword I searched in the document before I upgraded showed a specific document, and once I purchased the keyword was missing!!! REFUND ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! I WILL FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST YOU GUYS FOR CLEAR DECEPTION IF YOU DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!

I think one class is more efficient… I think one class is more efficient than coursehero. The positive incentive of earning actual money helps motivate students to take notes and others have also posted notes that I haven’t been able to find in class. My only gripe are those raffle contests. They don’t notify you if you’ve won or not. Other than that, I enjoy it.
