This is where I found the company communication to users is VERY POOR. OneClass charged me a year subscription even when I cancelled it on the day it expires. I sent the company an email for more than a month now and only get one email response and no status even I asked for it multiple times. Oneclass has been great to use in terms… Oneclass has been great to use in terms of uploading notes at first. When I first joined, the support team was responsive and the gift card redemptions always came on time until recently. Honest critiques of the site are of the following: its support team can go days without answering your question. Also they will never reach out to u if there is an issue with your notes or if your gift cards are being delayed of processing. You'll always find yourself trying to communicate with them. Personally oneclass is a great site to earn cash for notes, however it could be much better. I'm not sure if it's a lack of support team members or selective responding, but for anyone who isn't patient, this site isn't for you.

Struggling? Look no further! OneClass is an amazing resource to get course notes for even the hardest courses. It’s simple to use, and simple to contribute by uploading. The rewards definitely make it worthwhile and more rewarding than other sites., and keep me on top of both taking notes and uploading them!

OneClass Appreciation OneClass has been an amazing company to work with. The team is very helpful and polite with answering any questions. Writing notes not only helps other students who are studying for exams/quizzes etc. but it also deepens your understanding of the concepts. This is essentially a win win situation for the students in every way.

Get rewards for doing work I think it’s great to get rewarded for the work we just casually use for study material. Oneclass is like killing two birds with one stone. One is that you're helping others with the notes or exam review you're posting to keep track academically. Second, you get rewarded for the time you spend to be a dedicated student. I love it :)
