Oneclass is 0 star services I would love to give it 0 stars. Payed for subscription since I thought this site would be helpful, after checking on some of the material I was left with more questions since my teacher told me everything I was talking about was wrong. I felt like a total idiot. When I asked for reimbursement for a newly charged month they said I can't be reimbursed unless I provide them Study notes or Study guides for some material. They charge people and provide subpar material for people to be had for a fool. They are nothing but scammers and thugs. If you are not sure or want to be able to get refunded if not happy with the services then You definitely don't use Oneclass.

Great Website/Customer Service, Gift Card Distribution a Bit Slow Amazing site to upload your notes on earn some extra cash. My only issue is gift card redemption. More than once it has taken more than 10 business days to receive it (on my PayPal account). Customer service is at least nice and respond quickly to these issues.

AVOID - awful customer service Absolutely absurd how you have to pay for an entire year to cancel a subscription. There was no reminder email sent before my card was charged, no way to modify a subscription plan. I do not recommend this service, the notes on there were useless and clearly this is a scam for more money.

I think one class is more efficient… I think one class is more efficient than coursehero. The positive incentive of earning actual money helps motivate students to take notes and others have also posted notes that I haven’t been able to find in class. My only gripe are those raffle contests. They don’t notify you if you’ve won or not. Other than that, I enjoy it.

Hard to Earn I wanted to try because someone recommended it to me. But when I tried it, the credits are hard to earn and they do not have the payment method I need.
