Great product, well-built The YubiKey is a great product, very well-built. It's been durable and very quick when using via USB or NFC. I bought some more YubiKeys during the Cloudflare promo and they were shipped extremely fast from California to Florida. Happy with my purchases, this company cares about their users.

Order never shipped. Company unresponsive. Ordered end of October. Almost January and no shipment. No response from company at ALL. No stock on Amazon. Either they're having serious supply issues, or they're just a non-existent company taking money for no services.

Silence. Ordered on October 13th, received a tracking code from UPS and since several weeks no news! I will update this notice if I ever receive my order.

Yubico's prompt refund I have a higher import duty issue with UPS carrier for an Yubico order and requested them to cancel after 5/6 days. They cancelled and refunded promptly.
