GBNon Existent Customer Service - Also Just Plain Rude Shockingly bad, full-friction customer journey. Customer Service is non-existent for all practical purposes including initial purchase. I wanted to spend 15 minutes buying these security keys - I'm at the end of day 2 now and still haven't made the freaking purchase due to non-existent help from Yubico and their so-called resellers in the UK. The resellers don't actually sell anything, they refer you on to someone else. If you want to get a freaking headache then please go ahead and start your journey with these unhelpful, rude, time-wasting, arrogant people.

ATSolid 2FA I have been using the YubiKey for over 2 years now and it has saved me and my company from potential damage on multiple occasions. Just make sure to never lose your key ;)

GBThis is the 3rd key from this company, what a nightmare This is the 3rd key from this company. It was simple enough at first but since buying one for my Android phone via USB-C it's been an hour now and I still can't work out how to register this and copy my sign-ins over from my other keys. Why can't they make it easier like cassette to cassette copying? remember that anyone? Why not have a one-click or two program that copies one key to the other instead of a load of complicated instructions? Beam me up Scottie.

VNJust works After being recommended by a friend, who has a PhD in Ai field, I got 2 (YubiKey FIPS Series) for myself. One for use and another for back-up if things go south. It has given me great mental peace. The device is small, easy to carry and very efficient to use. I am happy to have them around and working on the security problem. Recommended.

GBYubico's prompt refund I have a higher import duty issue with UPS carrier for an Yubico order and requested them to cancel after 5/6 days. They cancelled and refunded promptly.
