GBSOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY I sent my son's zune in to be repaired and got a diagnosis in a few weeks and tried to ok the repair by phone and email and now have been trying to get some kind of response from them for over 4 weeks. No one answers the phone or email. Do not use this company. The only good reviews I saw had to be written by the company to keep the scam going. If they are legitimate then they fail so bad as to look like a scam!

GBDONT ANSWER EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS i sent them my zune to repair. it wouldnt turn on. I have been calling them for the entire month that they had it NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, OR EMAILS ME BACK!!!! I called them EVERYDAY ATLEAST 10 TIMES, NO ANSWER!!!! My zune wont turn on still!!!!! THEY SUCK! i would NEVER go back to these people!

GBBuyer Beware! I sent in my iQue 3600 PDA for repair. They had my PDA for 4 (yes, FOUR) months! Each time I inquired about the repair and return of the PDA, Kendall would say that they had tested it and it needed another part or that the part was ordered and would be arriving 'today' or that it still had to pass one last test. Finally, after 4 months, they sent it back and it didn't work at all -- wouldn't even turn on, although it had been working when I sent it in but only needed the backlight repaired. I returned it and they 'fixed' it again, only to return it still not working a 2nd time after I had paid for the work. The 2nd time they sent it back, it appeared to be working, so I sent them a 2nd PDA for repair, only to discover that the 1st one wouldn't hold a charge for more than an hour, which had not been a problem that I had had with it before they 'fixed' it!!!

GBHorrible communication & return wait time Sent my 160gb ipod in to be repaired the beginning of September and just now got it back middle of November ridiculous over 2 months its repaired but now says it's 130gb storage size that's 30gb smaller and they didn't even notify me about this. And had they absolute worst communication from any company I have ever dealt with barely ever answer the phone never call you back left messages on there answering machine that's all you'll ever get 95 percent of the time recommend looking else were for your repair needs!

GBBest repair company I have used them twice. Once on my iPad and another with my daughters DS. I have to say that it was all in all a great experience. We had some communication issues once, but that was because they were in between a move. Cannot fault them. Recommend
