GBNO COMMUNICATION!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD! DONT USE THEM! I sent two I-pods off over 6 weeks ago for repair. They finally gave me a diagnosis for the IPOD's after 2 1/2 weeks. The amount of time it took them to diagnose the problem should have clued me in. Two weeks after sending payment for repair I sent an email asking when I could expect my Ipod to be done, I was informed that it should be done and shipped within the week. It has now been over 4 weeks since I sent payment ($175) to them...and still no IPODS. I have sent multiple emails without reply. I finally got in contact with someone on the phone at the company. He said one of my IPODS was fixed and the other had yet to be fixed, but they should ship today. Right..like I believe them. I am a super patient person and my patient's has gone out the window. I fully understand it taking one to two weeks to fix something, but come on four weeks for the LCD screen on one and the board on another to be replaced!!! I should have just ordered the part and done the repair myself!! This company is a fraud and a joke. If I do not receive my IPODs by this Monday, I am reporting them to PAYPAL, and the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

GBHorrible communication & return wait time Sent my 160gb ipod in to be repaired the beginning of September and just now got it back middle of November ridiculous over 2 months its repaired but now says it's 130gb storage size that's 30gb smaller and they didn't even notify me about this. And had they absolute worst communication from any company I have ever dealt with barely ever answer the phone never call you back left messages on there answering machine that's all you'll ever get 95 percent of the time recommend looking else were for your repair needs!

GBNo communication - not repaired I had to keep calling to find out the status of the repair of an iPhone. When I finally got someone, he said he was trying to figure out what was wrong. It has been one month since they received it. Have asked for its return.

GBhorrible horrible company PDASMART.com is a scam, i sent in zune for repair and they sent me back my zune with even worse damage. plus charged me 100 dollars thou i was quoted 20$ at first. sent it back to be fixed again free of charge and it was sent back 3 months later still BROKEN. WORST company ever.

GBDONT ANSWER EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS i sent them my zune to repair. it wouldnt turn on. I have been calling them for the entire month that they had it NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, OR EMAILS ME BACK!!!! I called them EVERYDAY ATLEAST 10 TIMES, NO ANSWER!!!! My zune wont turn on still!!!!! THEY SUCK! i would NEVER go back to these people!
