GBGreat value and responsive Customer Service. Received my phone in a timely manner. Discovered a small air bubble under the screen protector that initally had me concerned. After contacting Customer Service, they were very helpful in talking me through the process to remove the bubble. Customer Service representatives were very courteous and user friendly. Will be setting my phone up today and cannot wait to try it out once we get to Italy.

GBSimply the Best with Network even in the remotest part of the WORLD This is my second sim, my first sim got damaged and I had to get another one. I travel abroad frequently and like keeping in contact with family and friends as often as possible. My US line works perfectly well wherever I am in the world. The network is perfect and charge rates is quite okay. Recharging is quite easy either online or via phone. I will always recommend Telestial to frequent travelers abroad.

HKit's only with UK number +44 it's liar sim card seller only for uk people. imagine you buy sim card for colombia and when you're in colombia the local people need to call +44 so expensive. amazing bad description sheet and no totally refund. please everybody change website

GBNice phone with easy operation The phone arrived on time and was easy to understand as far as setting up. We are travelling to Italy and hope it works well there. The only concern I have so far is that as soon as you turn the phone on it starts using data. If you don't know how to turn it off you have a bill right away or your data plan gets eaten up. There should be very specific instructions on how to disable this so the data isn't wasted on useless updates of pre-installed apps. I lost all my credit without even using the phone. Very upsetting.

CATelestial used to be a good company but … Telestial used to be a good company but they have changed. For us in North America we used to get a U.S. number with our U.K./Global number. They changed that so the US number is $2/month and they make it difficult to keep your balance active to. When they made their service change they said they sent us an email (which I never received) about my old sim being inactive and having to get a new one. There are better international mobile services out there. Telestial also refuses to refund my balance to me as well. Go with a different company.
