BRNEXUS VPS service doesn't work I hired the NEXUS VPS service, it doesn't work. ITA nightmare. I own a business account who have a website and vps that should be always online. Until now all was perfect but now nobody answer ticket and since I have a problem on billing I need urgently to contact them. I saw their number on nexusbytes: fake. Is a VOIP number and if I try to call it shows "User busy" or "Number invalid". Now I need to change hosting urgently and hoping that new hosting can migrate my services from old to new. Stay AWAY! Use aruba.it (italy) or hostinger.com for better services! And check always that the phone number is valid!

GBServer offline for 4 days, no support Our server went offline on Friday and has been down now for 4 days. Ticket support has responded with a single, one line message saying "Please wait for updates as we continue to work on this problem." We've been begging them for 3 days to provide any additional detail but they ghosted us. We've lost years of data and their service is so slow that some recent backups were corrupted because of intermittent loss of connectivity before the complete outage.
