Stay away! From 2016 they gave good hosting but in may 2022 they LITERALLY left the hosting. Just for curisoity, after viewing all bad reviews, I made a ticket saying why and if nexusbytes staff is still alive. Reply: none. 2 Days later... no reply. Since I have a business website + a VPS, soon I'm changing the hosting because I'm scared about auto renew and stuff like this since my card isn't a prepaid one and do a refund contacting the bank is not as easy as with a prepaid card. I don't know why they did this. But please, S T AY A W A Y!

NEXUS VPS service doesn't work I hired the NEXUS VPS service, it doesn't work. I've been waiting for 3+ weeks now for my DirectAdmin license to be activated - and this whole time no one replied at all. Was once great, but now it's just an absolute nightmare with this customer support.
