Until now all was perfect but now nobody answer ticket and since I have a problem on billing I need urgently to contact them. I saw their number on nexusbytes: fake. Is a VOIP number and if I try to call it shows "User busy" or "Number invalid". Now I need to change hosting urgently and hoping that new hosting can migrate my services from old to new. Stay AWAY! Use aruba.it (italy) or hostinger.com for better services! And check always that the phone number is valid!

NEXUS VPS service doesn't work I hired the NEXUS VPS service, it doesn't work. Poorly Organised Company can't even call them a LLC Orded a fairly deer server of them and they went down for 4-5 days straight and they responded with "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are having some unfortunate software and hardware issues in many of our DCs." and now it went down again they said I have to backup my data for future references but why would I need to do that??
