Sir Jay is very humble man, he always answered and suggested politely even my concerns was already in their knowledgebase. I've been with other VPS hosting companies for the past 10 years, with my experienced their are only few providers that after sales support is good. This company probably operates on such… This company probably operates on such thin margins, that when they go down, like 3 days ago, they have no equipment or people to help get it back up. They ran smoothly for years, now they are fully down. All they said is "please bear with us, hardware and software issues". AFter asking repeatedly for updates, you get nothing and you can't call them. Terrible. NO idea when its coming back on online after 3 days!

Mind-blowing VPS Services I don't see why I should put less than 5 stars. Their VPS services are great and I have had no major issues so far. The network speed is very fast & the servers appear to have great performance. It's also very surprising that they can offer Blesta, DirectAdmin, ApisCP, CWPRO Panel, and more at such a cheap price with these amazing VPS Services. 5/5 stars for NexusBytes, I would definitely recommend their VPS Services (VPS Services because that is the only service I have used from them so far). Their support staff team is also polite & replies fast, and VPS's are activated within the day of purchase which is awesome & more than acceptable. Go Nexusbytes!

Some problems recently they used to be very good but recently I got a unresponsive VPS for days! and constant problems with control panel which is slow and sometimes unresponsive, also vnc viewer not working anymore and support says it works. Now they agreed to give us a partial refund so it´s ok, hope they get their things fixed and recover what they have been, a very good vps host

Poorly Organised Company can't even call them a LLC Orded a fairly deer server of them and they went down for 4-5 days straight and they responded with "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are having some unfortunate software and hardware issues in many of our DCs." and now it went down again they said I have to backup my data for future references but why would I need to do that??
