Guys don´t use this service. Guys don´t use this service. They just disabled my account without any explanation or reason, support just abandoned the issue, and waiting for 3 days already. And as you know, 3 days in a business without receiving emails can destroy you. So i had to migrate all my emails to another service but still there was some damage already. And still they haven´t fixed the issue and not even apologised for the "mistake". 2 things at the core of any business - Email server and website server. Don´t trust this company for any of that.

Stay away! From 2016 they gave good hosting but in may 2022 they LITERALLY left the hosting. Just for curisoity, after viewing all bad reviews, I made a ticket saying why and if nexusbytes staff is still alive. Reply: none. 2 Days later... no reply. Since I have a business website + a VPS, soon I'm changing the hosting because I'm scared about auto renew and stuff like this since my card isn't a prepaid one and do a refund contacting the bank is not as easy as with a prepaid card. I don't know why they did this. But please, S T AY A W A Y!

Whenever there's an issue, Jay is always on time to help. Sofar, I can't tell a difference between NB and the competition. I might even say NB provides better service and help. Sir Jay is very humble man, he always answered and suggested politely even my concerns was already in their knowledgebase. I've been with other VPS hosting companies for the past 10 years, with my experienced their are only few providers that after sales support is good. Terrible Support Terrible support. Used NexusBytes for over a year with random server downtime and my account randomly being "disabled". Every support ticket is answered with the following, "Hello, We are working on your issue. Please hold on. Regards, XXXXXXXXXXXXX Technical Support Engineer Nexus Bytes, LLC. But no update or corrective action is given.
