Terrible Support Terrible support. Used NexusBytes for over a year with random server downtime and my account randomly being "disabled". Every support ticket is answered with the following, "Hello, We are working on your issue. Please hold on. Regards, XXXXXXXXXXXXX Technical Support Engineer Nexus Bytes, LLC. But no update or corrective action is given.

Stay away! From 2016 they gave good hosting but in may 2022 they LITERALLY left the hosting. Just for curisoity, after viewing all bad reviews, I made a ticket saying why and if nexusbytes staff is still alive. Reply: none. 2 Days later... no reply. Since I have a business website + a VPS, soon I'm changing the hosting because I'm scared about auto renew and stuff like this since my card isn't a prepaid one and do a refund contacting the bank is not as easy as with a prepaid card. I don't know why they did this. But please, S T AY A W A Y!

Whenever there's an issue, Jay is always on time to help. Sofar, I can't tell a difference between NB and the competition. I might even say NB provides better service and help. To the owner I'd say keep it up! I'll keep supporting your business!
