GBServer offline for 4 days, no support Our server went offline on Friday and has been down now for 4 days. Ticket support has responded with a single, one line message saying "Please wait for updates as we continue to work on this problem." We've been begging them for 3 days to provide any additional detail but they ghosted us. We've lost years of data and their service is so slow that some recent backups were corrupted because of intermittent loss of connectivity before the complete outage.

GBHonestly one of the best vps platforms… Honestly one of the best vps hosting platforms I've ever used. They have very flexible and variable plans you can change the individual amount of ram, cpu cores, storage, everything. And it's not too expensive. I use this platform to run a modded mc server and it runs beautifully

TWVery unstable Very unstable, only buy it if you just want a "TOY". Server randomly shutdown, and the customer services tell you nothing, might simply "oh motherboard broken, but we are in vacation, ETA on tomorrow", after tomorrow, server still down. They just treat client like a dumb!
