We are having some unfortunate software and hardware issues in many of our DCs." and now it went down again they said I have to backup my data for future references but why would I need to do that??

Every support ticket is answered with the following, "Hello, We are working on your issue. Please hold on. Regards, XXXXXXXXXXXXX Technical Support Engineer Nexus Bytes, LLC. But no update or corrective action is given.
