Stay away from them..... We were a long standing customer of IOZoom (4 years) and had upgraded our services to dedicated service. We paid for backup additions and they said they would take care of the upgrade and make sure the backups werre working. Our developer was working on something and was told he needed to go through a process on the IOZoom platform (their software) to complete it which he did. When he ran their software it corrupted our server. We asked them to restore the backups to be told "You dont have any backups". We hosted 7 different sites on the server, lost 6 of them and we were luckey we had a local copy of our main site. There were not one bit helpful at all, saying that we didnt set up backups despite us having emails saying they were setting them up as part of their upgrade (and which we paid for monthly). They blamed a failed part in the server, said we didnt have raid, which we also paid for. Our main site and booking system was down for 36 hours due to this meaning no one could work on our system not could clients book. I would not recommend them at all, useless they were and took no responsibility for the issue

I'm not very happy I'm not very happy. I run 3 vps's they prepare vps by max 1 hour. I have paid and created vps 5 hours ago at iozoom but still pending. Open support ticket says they need to manually verify payment, what ?? u got paid manually via paypal ??? already sent me invoice within seconds...hmm... I wonder what would be their fx vps service....Will wait till 24 hours if not done by then...I will ask for moneyback...

iozoom lies... For some reason, the remote desktop froze and nothing I do has any effect. The support staff claim its my internet provider - i should restart this, restart that, meanwhile EVERYTHING connected to my internet works fine and fast, including my chats and emails to iozoom. The only thing is NOT working is the VPS. My biggest disappointment is their lies.

A+ host Great uptime, I did'nt experience any downtime since almost 1 year with them now. Good prices, KVM VPS are usually costly but not at iozoom. Fast support, their support team are quick to respond to support tickets. I tested several VPS hosts and iozoom is the best one I found. I would recommend them to anyone who need a cheap and reliable KVM VPS.

scammed by IO Zoom I had a terrible experience with Io Zoom. Their VPS hosting plans may look promising, but their customer service and technical support are incredibly lacking. Whenever I had an issue or needed help with something, their support team was slow to respond and often unhelpful. It seemed like they didn't know how to solve technical issues and just provided generic responses that didn't solve the problem. Additionally, I had a billing issue where I requested a refund for a canceled order, but I never received the refund. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls to their support team, I never received a response or any help with the issue. Overall, I would not recommend Io Zoom to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient VPS hosting provider. Their lack of proper customer support and billing issues make them a risky choice for any business or individual looking to host their website or application.
