scammed by IO Zoom I had a terrible experience with Io Zoom. Their VPS hosting plans may look promising, but their customer service and technical support are incredibly lacking. Whenever I had an issue or needed help with something, their support team was slow to respond and often unhelpful. It seemed like they didn't know how to solve technical issues and just provided generic responses that didn't solve the problem. Additionally, I had a billing issue where I requested a refund for a canceled order, but I never received the refund. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls to their support team, I never received a response or any help with the issue. Overall, I would not recommend Io Zoom to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient VPS hosting provider. Their lack of proper customer support and billing issues make them a risky choice for any business or individual looking to host their website or application.

20 thumbs down. All these great reviews for IOZOOM are FAKE All these great reviews for IOZOOM are completely fake. We hired them as a webhost for cloud vps hosting, which is suppose to be better and faster than shared. My website had nothing but problems. Spent /waste 2 full days with emails back and forth and they could not get my website work correctly or even close. The website is nothing special, coding wise. Nothing complex, just good ole html, javascript and php. The worst webhost I have ever had the nightmare of enduring. The one + I will give them is it is great technical support. All 37 emails over the course of 2 days, were replied to in less than an hour. So if you want a website that does not work but people that will email you bs very quickly, by all means hire iozoom.

really horrible customer service and… really horrible customer service and not willing to help. server not good and not user friendly. i thought it's a good company because some reviews are good until started using them. definitely will not recommend to anyone. i now moved to Windowsvps Host as they are better

I am using 5+ iozoom VPS for the past … I am using 5+ iozoom VPS for the past 6monhs.Stunningly quick and extremely professional customer service. Sometime they provide code level support. I haven't had a single minute of downtime or any issues that would require me to contact support for any reason. They were very professional, walked me through every step, and explained everything extremely well. I would recommend iozoom to anyone.

Pathetic response time Pathetic response time. Seems like they receive the email and immediately go to sleep for a couple of weeks. I sent so many emails to them but never heard back from them. I can provide proof if needed. They also demand government identity after we pay for using VPS service as we are creating bank accounts with them or we will be using their VPS servers to access the dark web. Non-sense. Never share your identities with any of such platforms as these are your confidential information and we never knew what these can be used for.
