iozoom lies... For some reason, the remote desktop froze and nothing I do has any effect. The support staff claim its my internet provider - i should restart this, restart that, meanwhile EVERYTHING connected to my internet works fine and fast, including my chats and emails to iozoom. The only thing is NOT working is the VPS. My biggest disappointment is their lies.

Stay away from them..... We were a long standing customer of IOZoom (4 years) and had upgraded our services to dedicated service. We paid for backup additions and they said they would take care of the upgrade and make sure the backups werre working. Our developer was working on something and was told he needed to go through a process on the IOZoom platform (their software) to complete it which he did. When he ran their software it corrupted our server. We asked them to restore the backups to be told "You dont have any backups". We hosted 7 different sites on the server, lost 6 of them and we were luckey we had a local copy of our main site. There were not one bit helpful at all, saying that we didnt set up backups despite us having emails saying they were setting them up as part of their upgrade (and which we paid for monthly). They blamed a failed part in the server, said we didnt have raid, which we also paid for. Our main site and booking system was down for 36 hours due to this meaning no one could work on our system not could clients book. I would not recommend them at all, useless they were and took no responsibility for the issue

Best Price/Performance SSD VPS. Best Price/Performance SSD VPS. I am actually on board with both Windows and Linux VPS on SSD, the uptime till now has been 100% and the price is highly competitive. None of my customers had problems accessing the services (I run a transactions business) and when I needed support they answered in a matter of minutes. Recommended option for VPS.

Not as good as the the online reviews say Not as good as it may sound from their website or online reviews. You may be fine if you are hosting a site that does not care downtime or you don't care about prompt support and looking for a cheap host. Otherwise, for any serious site, just stay out of it. You may lose your site before you know because they don't have even documented backup policy.

100% Uptime and Great Value IO Zoom has been a fantastic host thus far. Uptime has been 100% with no problems. Their customer support is quick and friendly whenever I have a question. Compared to other hosts I’ve tried, IO Zoom offers the best value. To get the same performance I’d have to pay significantly more at other hosts or otherwise waste a lot of time with low level configuration. IO Zoom’s interface allows for quick creation of websites with minimal effort. Their Wordpress staging feature comes in very handy and is similar in nature to WP Engine’s, except at a fraction of the cost. Overall I really like IO Zoom and will probably migrate all of my websites over to them in the future.
