You may be fine if you are hosting a site that does not care downtime or you don't care about prompt support and looking for a cheap host. Otherwise, for any serious site, just stay out of it. You may lose your site before you know because they don't have even documented backup policy.

IOZoom is awesome! IOZoom rocks because their response time to issues is amazing. Also, the setup process was easy and FAST. We have tried several VPS providers over the past several years. Obviously, we weren't very happy with them. We found IOZoom and we compared their features and pricing with other providers.
