Scammed by IOZOOM I requested a refund 7 days ago and they still have not sent me my money. They tell you 48 and 72 hours but it's a lie and it's been 3 days and I still don't get my money back. I think I was scammed by this IOZOOM staff.

Not as good as the the online reviews say Not as good as it may sound from their website or online reviews. You may be fine if you are hosting a site that does not care downtime or you don't care about prompt support and looking for a cheap host. Otherwise, for any serious site, just stay out of it. You may lose your site before you know because they don't have even documented backup policy.

IOZoom is awesome! IOZoom rocks because their response time to issues is amazing. Also, the setup process was easy and FAST. We have tried several VPS providers over the past several years.
