I didn’t know what to expect given the low price but had read some positive reviews so thought I’d take a gamble. I’m happy to say that the server runs smoothly and as expected. When I needed help from support (I had accidentally duplicated an order), the online chat support was polite and helpful. I would recommend IO Zoom for casual needs.

NOiozoom lies... For some reason, the remote desktop froze and nothing I do has any effect. The support staff claim its my internet provider - i should restart this, restart that, meanwhile EVERYTHING connected to my internet works fine and fast, including my chats and emails to iozoom. The only thing is NOT working is the VPS. My biggest disappointment is their lies.

GBIOZoom is awesome! IOZoom rocks because their response time to issues is amazing. Also, the setup process was easy and FAST. We have tried several VPS providers over the past several years. Obviously, we weren't very happy with them. We found IOZoom and we compared their features and pricing with other providers. In every case IOZoom offered more for less: higher tech specs, more recent software versions, lower price. If you are looking for a VPS provider, stop looking and check out IOZoom.

PKPathetic response time Pathetic response time. Seems like they receive the email and immediately go to sleep for a couple of weeks. I sent so many emails to them but never heard back from them. I can provide proof if needed. They also demand government identity after we pay for using VPS service as we are creating bank accounts with them or we will be using their VPS servers to access the dark web. Non-sense. Never share your identities with any of such platforms as these are your confidential information and we never knew what these can be used for.
