IOZoom is awesome! IOZoom rocks because their response time to issues is amazing. Also, the setup process was easy and FAST. We have tried several VPS providers over the past several years. Obviously, we weren't very happy with them. We found IOZoom and we compared their features and pricing with other providers. In every case IOZoom offered more for less: higher tech specs, more recent software versions, lower price. If you are looking for a VPS provider, stop looking and check out IOZoom.

Stay away from them..... We were a long standing customer of IOZoom (4 years) and had upgraded our services to dedicated service. We paid for backup additions and they said they would take care of the upgrade and make sure the backups werre working. Our developer was working on something and was told he needed to go through a process on the IOZoom platform (their software) to complete it which he did. When he ran their software it corrupted our server. We asked them to restore the backups to be told "You dont have any backups". We hosted 7 different sites on the server, lost 6 of them and we were luckey we had a local copy of our main site. There were not one bit helpful at all, saying that we didnt set up backups despite us having emails saying they were setting them up as part of their upgrade (and which we paid for monthly). They blamed a failed part in the server, said we didnt have raid, which we also paid for. Our main site and booking system was down for 36 hours due to this meaning no one could work on our system not could clients book. I would not recommend them at all, useless they were and took no responsibility for the issue

I didn’t know what to expect given the low price but had read some positive reviews so thought I’d take a gamble. I’m happy to say that the server runs smoothly and as expected. When I needed help from support (I had accidentally duplicated an order), the online chat support was polite and helpful. I would recommend IO Zoom for casual needs.

I am using 5+ iozoom VPS for the past … I am using 5+ iozoom VPS for the past 6monhs.Stunningly quick and extremely professional customer service. Sometime they provide code level support. I haven't had a single minute of downtime or any issues that would require me to contact support for any reason. They were very professional, walked me through every step, and explained everything extremely well. I would recommend iozoom to anyone.

Business dead?! I paid for a win vps. Which says "Pending" all the time. Support never responds. Wasted money. I should have see the 1 star reviews before paying them. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor, avoid them. I think they are about to close their business soon (or they already have!).
