Scammed by IOZOOM I requested a refund 7 days ago and they still have not sent me my money. They tell you 48 and 72 hours but it's a lie and it's been 3 days and I still don't get my money back. I think I was scammed by this IOZOOM staff.

Whenever I had an issue or needed help with something, their support team was slow to respond and often unhelpful. It seemed like they didn't know how to solve technical issues and just provided generic responses that didn't solve the problem. Additionally, I had a billing issue where I requested a refund for a canceled order, but I never received the refund. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls to their support team, I never received a response or any help with the issue. Overall, I would not recommend Io Zoom to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient VPS hosting provider. Their lack of proper customer support and billing issues make them a risky choice for any business or individual looking to host their website or application.

Business dead?! I paid for a win vps. Which says "Pending" all the time. Support never responds. Wasted money. I should have see the 1 star reviews before paying them. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor, avoid them. I think they are about to close their business soon (or they already have!).

really horrible customer service and… really horrible customer service and not willing to help. server not good and not user friendly. i thought it's a good company because some reviews are good until started using them. definitely will not recommend to anyone. i now moved to Windowsvps Host as they are better
