scammed by IO Zoom I had a terrible experience with Io Zoom. Their VPS hosting plans may look promising, but their customer service and technical support are incredibly lacking. Whenever I had an issue or needed help with something, their support team was slow to respond and often unhelpful. It seemed like they didn't know how to solve technical issues and just provided generic responses that didn't solve the problem. Additionally, I had a billing issue where I requested a refund for a canceled order, but I never received the refund. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls to their support team, I never received a response or any help with the issue. Overall, I would not recommend Io Zoom to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient VPS hosting provider. Their lack of proper customer support and billing issues make them a risky choice for any business or individual looking to host their website or application.

Awesome support and hosting performance We recently came from Flywheel, which is an amazing platform, but as we grew in size the pricing got out of hand. With the help of IO Zoom we've setup our own hosting on a VPS that has amazing security and speed. Actually, our sites are now faster on our VPS than they were on Flywheel. The support is awesome, and unlike other VPS providers, they actually will help you tackle any technical issues you have. They'll even manage the VPS for you. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

iozoom lies... For some reason, the remote desktop froze and nothing I do has any effect. The support staff claim its my internet provider - i should restart this, restart that, meanwhile EVERYTHING connected to my internet works fine and fast, including my chats and emails to iozoom. The only thing is NOT working is the VPS. My biggest disappointment is their lies.

IOZoom is awesome! IOZoom rocks because their response time to issues is amazing. Also, the setup process was easy and FAST. We have tried several VPS providers over the past several years. Obviously, we weren't very happy with them. We found IOZoom and we compared their features and pricing with other providers. In every case IOZoom offered more for less: higher tech specs, more recent software versions, lower price. If you are looking for a VPS provider, stop looking and check out IOZoom.

Not as good as the the online reviews say Not as good as it may sound from their website or online reviews. You may be fine if you are hosting a site that does not care downtime or you don't care about prompt support and looking for a cheap host. Otherwise, for any serious site, just stay out of it. You may lose your site before you know because they don't have even documented backup policy.
