GBI can't unsubscribe I can't unsubscribe, got charged for 7-day FREE trial, hadn't used it since the second day I got it. Almost impossible to cancel the subscription and no way to call either. Awful company and a fat scam.

GBBetternet is TRASH! I find it ridiculous the way they provide their services. I subscribed to the "7 day free trial" and after adding in my credit card details I figured I could just cancel it within 7 days. Nope! I couldn't find an option ANYWHERE to cancel the subscription. So, I had to resort to CANCELING my credit card because support wouldn't contact me back! Don't even think about using this trash VPN. I'm also positive that the premium version and free version both SELL YOUR DATA! Don't even waste your time with this complete scam!

GBDifferent experiences based on free or paid Actually, I'm giving this app the benefit of the doubt. Trustpilot should require peeps to indicate if they are using the free or paid version. I'm using the free version and get what I paid for. My experience is paid versions get you much more. So, it's hard to know since not all the reviews are based on the same version.
