GBRUNAWAY - FIND SOMETHING ELSE Signed up as a test user and did the consultation walk through with their person. The product worked good while we were being shown how to use it. We did not have any luck pulling any contact information and when we were able to pull it would show no phone numbers or email addresses. Told the contact it was not working and he extended the review period (or so he said). We noticed we were charged on the credit card and tried to call. No number that you can speak to anyone, you have to do this online. We were told the do not refund even though there product does not work..and we had cancelled once we noticed the charge so they shut off the service and we are still told no refund.

GBUpdate Update* Customer support reached out to me and offered a refund. It's a shame it took the review to actually get the money back. Hopefully in future they do better in this as the product isn't all that bad. Some out of date info but that's to be expected with such a far reaching database. Dreadful service, refused a refund for a month that I am not going to use, I originally tried to cancel a month ago, they just extended my trial instead and hoped I wouldn't notice the bill... very bad business practices, just use Apollo instead...

GBI really enjoy UpLead I really enjoy UpLead. From the initial call with Jeramey to learn about the product to getting in an actually using it has been super smooth. The platform is very easy to use and navigate. I enjoy the "verify" feature and actually filters out bad contact information. I use UpLead almost every day to prospect, it's great.
