UpLead is Easy and Accurate Easy to use. Searches are completed quickly. Information is up to date. Compiling and saving lists makes it simple to retrieve information when needed.

I had a really great experience using… I had a really great experience using UpLead. I was able to filter and search for literally thousands of different business leads and was able to gain the contact information for the top decision makers at the companies I was looking to get into contact with; so even C-level executives. The phone numbers and email addresses are provided for all of the contacts and even information about the business such as how many employees etc. UpLead is actually a great tool for sourcing leads and getting in contact with the right people. Uplead helps me keep my contacts up to date Uplead helps me keep my contacts up to date by providing information from various sites (like LinkedIn). I can just go to one place without doing a full Internet search for the correct e-mail address or to find the person in the position I am searching.

The UI is excellent The UI is excellent, and the support is spot on when needed, which is infrequent.

Update Update* Customer support reached out to me and offered a refund. It's a shame it took the review to actually get the money back. Hopefully in future they do better in this as the product isn't all that bad. Some out of date info but that's to be expected with such a far reaching database. Dreadful service, refused a refund for a month that I am not going to use, I originally tried to cancel a month ago, they just extended my trial instead and hoped I wouldn't notice the bill... very bad business practices, just use Apollo instead...
