They do not deliver more than 15% of what they promise on their lists and they charged me over $800 for an annual plan and then refused to refund me, however, after I posted a review here they contacted me and refunded me the $800 and switched me to a monthly plan for $90/month.

I had a really great experience using… I had a really great experience using UpLead. I was able to filter and search for literally thousands of different business leads and was able to gain the contact information for the top decision makers at the companies I was looking to get into contact with; so even C-level executives. The phone numbers and email addresses are provided for all of the contacts and even information about the business such as how many employees etc. UpLead is actually a great tool for sourcing leads and getting in contact with the right people. Auto-renewal period designed to catch you out Uplead do not inform you of their cancellation periods up front during the sign up process, nor do they provide any notice of automatic renewal of the subscription which at 2 months in a 12 month contract are long. No downgrade option is available within the end of the renewal period. They claim to have a pause option on their website which you can activate via the platform, but that is not available and is not specified in their T's and C's so their website is misleading on both counts. Avoid like the plague!

It is really easy to use and helps me find the information that I need in seconds. What I love the most about it is that it provides data transparency, so I can be sure that the information I'm looking at is accurate and up-to-date.
