Purchased one month 99$ for unlimited… Purchased one month 99$ for unlimited leads and many of the email addresses were invalid and the emails that did go through I did not receive one potential customer. I canceled after the one month. I will look elsewhere.

Data Accuracy Their database is a great source for commercial leads. Very easy to work with and friendly. The majority of the business I search for are in there. However, it needs to be updated a little more. Many of the contacts provided are coming out invalid or no longer available, resulting in wasted credits and time.

Update Update* Customer support reached out to me and offered a refund. It's a shame it took the review to actually get the money back. Hopefully in future they do better in this as the product isn't all that bad. Some out of date info but that's to be expected with such a far reaching database. Dreadful service, refused a refund for a month that I am not going to use, I originally tried to cancel a month ago, they just extended my trial instead and hoped I wouldn't notice the bill... very bad business practices, just use Apollo instead...

Auto-renewal period designed to catch you out Uplead do not inform you of their cancellation periods up front during the sign up process, nor do they provide any notice of automatic renewal of the subscription which at 2 months in a 12 month contract are long. No downgrade option is available within the end of the renewal period. They claim to have a pause option on their website which you can activate via the platform, but that is not available and is not specified in their T's and C's so their website is misleading on both counts. Avoid like the plague!

I really enjoy UpLead I really enjoy UpLead. From the initial call with Jeramey to learn about the product to getting in an actually using it has been super smooth. The platform is very easy to use and navigate. I enjoy the "verify" feature and actually filters out bad contact information. I use UpLead almost every day to prospect, it's great.
