ITS A SCAM So someone reached out to me on whatsapp and sent me a job offer to work for amplitude. It turns out that this is a DATA DRIVING job and you have to deposit money in to clear the products & MERGES. I have deposited in more than $20000 but they made me deposit more than $15000 in order to get my money back. I have lost everything including my home and didnt get my money back. An absolute scam. My friend killed herself because she lost all of her money because of this website.

Product UI rich but easy to get lost in. And support sucks. I am a free tier customer of Amplitude. The UI dashboard has a lot of info, and is quite easy to get lost in. They suggest that you must add categories to your events. When I did that, and then wanted to find a way of changing the category names, there seems to be no way to do that. After looking around on their help pages and not finding anything about managing categories, I submitted a question on their online support form. The response of their "support" person to this fairly simple question, was a generic unhelpful one: "Upon reviewing your ticket submission, I’d like to note that we don’t offer 1:1 support for this type of inquiry for our Starter/Free & Scholarship customers." What?! If you are a free tier customer, and you don't find what you need in their documentation, then you're stuck. They won't even say if managing categories is a paid feature! That's ridiculous. - A dissatisfied customer.

High expensive and overrated tool High expensive and overrated tool People end up making wrong analysis because of this tool. To me this is worse than not having the tool at all. It's difficult to get the very detail of the logic used for most of the calculations. Do not pay for this

BIG SCAM BIG SCAM. Has totally ruined my financial situation right now.. Following on from a previous review under ‘Nadia.b’ I wish I read this 6 months earlier because everything she has said was the process I went through. There have been a lot of victims already I can see including me which I have lost over £50,000! Yes I am being serious, someone and this company has to be held responsible. I think we should create a chat/forum of all the victims and go to a solicitor or lawyer to try get our money back. I will leave my number at the bottom. This is completely unfair and has ruined a lot of lives, this company have caused a lot of pain, depression and have made me and others suffer. It’s time we get our MONEY BACK ASAP!
