ESGreat product awful support service Great product awful support service. The product itself is top tier: data ingestion, features, usability, etc 10/10 However, the romance is lost once you have an issue and need help from their support. They have a drop-down selector to set the priority and 2 times I've mark it as critical and the first response has been 24+ hours later, once they answered, the suffering started,several back and forth responses saying "try this, try that" it looked that they were guessing, no concrete answer until I escalated the ticket and talked with an engineer, who gave a concrete and solving answer in 5 min. And right now I have another critical ticket reaching the 24h mark with no response. Pathetic

GBBIG SCAM BIG SCAM. Has totally ruined my financial situation right now.. Following on from a previous review under ‘Nadia.b’ I wish I read this 6 months earlier because everything she has said was the process I went through. There have been a lot of victims already I can see including me which I have lost over £50,000! Yes I am being serious, someone and this company has to be held responsible. I think we should create a chat/forum of all the victims and go to a solicitor or lawyer to try get our money back. I will leave my number at the bottom. This is completely unfair and has ruined a lot of lives, this company have caused a lot of pain, depression and have made me and others suffer. It’s time we get our MONEY BACK ASAP! GBgood, cheap analytics solution i was using a competitive product for a while but it was eating into my cash WAYY too fast. Amplitude is much much cheaper, so I switched and couldn't be happier. Amplitude is way easier to use, and way more affordable. love it.

GBThey do not deserve one star They do not deserve one star. I have lost over £10500. I asked them to unfreeze my account in order to withdraw my outstanding funds which is over £5000 and now they asking me for £14770 to get my money back. I am in the worst situation in my life financially. Due to their terrible customer service, I was scammed by someone claiming to be their customer service representative from their Headquarters. Worse platform ever. I advice not to deal with them. They are absolute fraudulent. How on earth a customer service will deal with clients via WhatsApp messages alone and no phone calls. That's nothing but SCAM!!!
