ESGreat product awful support service Great product awful support service. The product itself is top tier: data ingestion, features, usability, etc 10/10 However, the romance is lost once you have an issue and need help from their support. They have a drop-down selector to set the priority and 2 times I've mark it as critical and the first response has been 24+ hours later, once they answered, the suffering started,several back and forth responses saying "try this, try that" it looked that they were guessing, no concrete answer until I escalated the ticket and talked with an engineer, who gave a concrete and solving answer in 5 min. And right now I have another critical ticket reaching the 24h mark with no response. Pathetic

GBBest analytics I've seen We've been using Amplitude for almost a year now and it's hands down the best analytics I've used (and I've used most of the big players out there!). Their behavioral cohorting is really useful, and I haven't found it in any other analytics solutions. It's also very reasonable cost-wise.

NLProduct UI rich but easy to get lost in. And support sucks. I am a free tier customer of Amplitude. The UI dashboard has a lot of info, and is quite easy to get lost in. They suggest that you must add categories to your events. When I did that, and then wanted to find a way of changing the category names, there seems to be no way to do that. After looking around on their help pages and not finding anything about managing categories, I submitted a question on their online support form. The response of their "support" person to this fairly simple question, was a generic unhelpful one: "Upon reviewing your ticket submission, I’d like to note that we don’t offer 1:1 support for this type of inquiry for our Starter/Free & Scholarship customers." What?! If you are a free tier customer, and you don't find what you need in their documentation, then you're stuck. They won't even say if managing categories is a paid feature! That's ridiculous. - A dissatisfied customer.

GB10/10, would recommend With the data I get from Amplitude's user workflows and timelines I've been able to easily identify and fix designs I now know are faulty. I've been able to almost double retention on my apps. I would definitely recommend Amplitude to anyone who wants to keep costs down and performance up.
