Best analytics I've seen We've been using Amplitude for almost a year now and it's hands down the best analytics I've used (and I've used most of the big players out there!). Their behavioral cohorting is really useful, and I haven't found it in any other analytics solutions. It's also very reasonable cost-wise.

Slow reports when using the Amplitude analytics dashboard The Amplitude analytics dashboard (website) is very well implemented and designed with good features but opening reports is very slow and also reports have too much extra (not needed) details that delay the opening of a report especially graphs and break down details for example when i just need a summery report .. let me know by email if you need more details.

good, cheap analytics solution i was using a competitive product for a while but it was eating into my cash WAYY too fast. Amplitude is much much cheaper, so I switched and couldn't be happier. Amplitude is way easier to use, and way more affordable. love it.

To be honest they deserved my five star… To be honest they deserved my five star because I never thought they could live up to my expectations after some bad comments I read on here but like I always say "try yourself before you judge anything" , the company is hands down the best I've worked with so far and the customer service are super helpful. ITS A SCAM So someone reached out to me on whatsapp and sent me a job offer to work for amplitude. It turns out that this is a DATA DRIVING job and you have to deposit money in to clear the products & MERGES. I have deposited in more than $20000 but they made me deposit more than $15000 in order to get my money back. I have lost everything including my home and didnt get my money back. An absolute scam. My friend killed herself because she lost all of her money because of this website.
