This Product Does Not Work This product does not work as advertised. I ordered WonderShare TunesGo on July 13, 2023 I wanted to upload some video clips to my IPhone. The product says "Transfer Complete" but the files do not go to the Photos directory. After much searching I find that they go to the AppleTV app and are not accessible. This defeats the purpose of moving them to the phone. I cannot use this software and asked for a refund on July 14. I entered a dialog with their robot customer service (no Humans) for the next 6 days with a final solution of buy another product and they will refund the original price of the non functional software. That is unacceptable. Once you order something from this developer you are held hostage and must pay ransom to get away from them. This product does not even appear in the list of their products so you can't use the automated trouble shooting software. Buyer Beware

TunesGo does not work TunesGo does not work! It only recognizes my iPod when iTunes is open. TunesGo tells you to close iTurnes and when I close iTunes TunesGo stop recognizing my iPod.

UNICONVERTERT 13.6 | Extremely low download speed Extremely low download speed, no matter what URL I paste in this app, everything is downloaded up to 200~900 kb/s… I download anything here with 5~6MB/s of transfer rate… I’m already using 13.6… Would be better use online services to hack this and download Youtube videos, like y2mate or ptsaveform... this app is useless... How can I download videos with normal speed?

Installed it but can't get rid of it. Installed it, but it won't let me uninstall it. Says: "You'll need a new app to open this wondershare link Look for an app in the Microsoft Store Always use this app" This is frustrating

Bad experience Can't dele or edit photos on my phone downloaded from Dr. Fone / wondershare. They won't take calls and their chat function is horrible. Would not recommend
