Great Program I've been purchasing music for over 50 years and have an eclectic taste in music. When Wondershare released TunesGo, I purchased it and now much of my huge collection resides on my Samsung cell phone that has a 512G SD card - over 75 genres of music, resides in my hand. Thank you Wondershare for this app and your assistance yesterday in transferring my files to my new cell phone.

Not really as good as I expect. -

TunesGo does not work TunesGo does not work! It only recognizes my iPod when iTunes is open. TunesGo tells you to close iTurnes and when I close iTunes TunesGo stop recognizing my iPod.

They make you download and after all… They make you download and after all installation they let you transfer 10 pictures out of thousands for free.

This Product Does Not Work This product does not work as advertised. I ordered WonderShare TunesGo on July 13, 2023 I wanted to upload some video clips to my IPhone. The product says "Transfer Complete" but the files do not go to the Photos directory. After much searching I find that they go to the AppleTV app and are not accessible. This defeats the purpose of moving them to the phone. I cannot use this software and asked for a refund on July 14. I entered a dialog with their robot customer service (no Humans) for the next 6 days with a final solution of buy another product and they will refund the original price of the non functional software. That is unacceptable. Once you order something from this developer you are held hostage and must pay ransom to get away from them. This product does not even appear in the list of their products so you can't use the automated trouble shooting software. Buyer Beware
