Waste of time It was a waste of my time to download this piece of kneecapped garbage. If you don't want us to use certain features without paying (your exorbitant) fees dont offer a "Free Trial." After uninstalling this dumbed down dreck I installed Syncios (which DOESN'T severely limit what you can do in the trial) and I immediately bought it because I could try and use the features they're offering

Customer Service I recently purchased Wondershare TunesGo. I had in the past and was very happy with it. But couldn't get it work this time and contacted customer support explaining the situation. They responded quick and took care of me. Great customer service.

Doesn't Work I bought Wondershare Tunes go, because I've always had Macs, iPhones and iTunes, which of course work seamlessly together. Wondershare claim their app will transfer all music in iTunes INCLUDING playlists. It doesn't even transfer all tracks selected, let alone playlists. Pretty sure that nothing will - that's iTunes for you.

Installed it but can't get rid of it. Installed it, but it won't let me uninstall it. Says: "You'll need a new app to open this wondershare link Look for an app in the Microsoft Store Always use this app" This is frustrating

Bad experience Can't dele or edit photos on my phone downloaded from Dr. Fone / wondershare. They won't take calls and their chat function is horrible. Would not recommend
