GBAfter placing my order I noticed that… After placing my order I noticed that had wrong state somehow. Emailed immediately an within minutes I had a reply of what steps I had to take to fix so my order wouldnt get sent to wrong state. Marina was very helpful with my steps I had to take an even replied when i finished my steps to let me kno everything was changed. She said it take a lil longer to get with confusion an all but I cant wait to get my products. Danielle

GBWhen I first saw the tool I thought… When I first saw the tool I thought that might be able to help me maybe I should try it. I went to the website, selected the item I wanted and was offered a discount which is wonderful because it allowed me to get a couple replacement cartridges. I have been notified it should be at my door soon but I have yet to receive the items.

They I formed me of their process and why things were taking a little longer than expected which was great to be informed without being treated like you had no sense. GBI really don't know how it work yet… I really don't know how it work yet cause I haven't received my order yet but checking my tracking number say its on the way it been about 2weeks.... I can't wait once I receive ams use I'll give an up date...
