GBAfter placing my order I noticed that… After placing my order I noticed that had wrong state somehow. Emailed immediately an within minutes I had a reply of what steps I had to take to fix so my order wouldnt get sent to wrong state. Marina was very helpful with my steps I had to take an even replied when i finished my steps to let me kno everything was changed. She said it take a lil longer to get with confusion an all but I cant wait to get my products. Danielle

GBI haven’t received my product yet but… I haven’t received my product yet but you have been excellent at keeping me updated on shipping. I appreciate that so much!! GBI was concerned about my order cause it… I was concerned about my order cause it was over a week and I haven’t heard anything and I emailed them and they got back to me right away and explained about the ordering process. Few days later got an email with my shipment on the way.

GBI placed an order and cancelled it… I placed an order and cancelled it within a few mins. Customer support responded asap and I thought it was cancelled but then a few days later they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I contacted customer support again and they said that they couldn't do anything about it since it was already shipped.
