GBI placed an order and cancelled it… I placed an order and cancelled it within a few mins. Customer support responded asap and I thought it was cancelled but then a few days later they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I contacted customer support again and they said that they couldn't do anything about it since it was already shipped.

GBI've had an ordinarie experience… I've had an ordinarie experience recently with aliveadetox.com. The site was almoust good, though somethimes the buttons didn't wokr or links were brocken. The load time of the website was ok. The website design was refreshing, and I could easily find the products or services I was looking for. All in all, it was a decent experience. Tho I could not see a "contact us" or FAQ page. All together, not a bad overall experiece.
