I placed an order and cancelled it… I placed an order and cancelled it within a few mins. Customer support responded asap and I thought it was cancelled but then a few days later they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I contacted customer support again and they said that they couldn't do anything about it since it was already shipped.

Where is my order ? I had concerns about my order I sent support an email they very courteous. They I formed me of their process and why things were taking a little longer than expected which was great to be informed without being treated like you had no sense. After placing my order I noticed that… After placing my order I noticed that had wrong state somehow. Emailed immediately an within minutes I had a reply of what steps I had to take to fix so my order wouldnt get sent to wrong state. Marina was very helpful with my steps I had to take an even replied when i finished my steps to let me kno everything was changed. She said it take a lil longer to get with confusion an all but I cant wait to get my products. Danielle
