I’m ready to detox at home I’m a long time aqua chi client and after a little research I was sure this was the perfect at home solution. I ordered right from my phone with no tech hiccups. Good user experience during checkout.

I placed an order and cancelled it… I placed an order and cancelled it within a few mins. Customer support responded asap and I thought it was cancelled but then a few days later they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I contacted customer support again and they said that they couldn't do anything about it since it was already shipped.

I haven't received my order yet I haven't received my order yet. But i did reached out to Customer Service and they rsponded within 24hrs giving me an update. I really appreciate the quickness. I cant wait for my products to get here so I can use it.
