I placed an order and cancelled it… I placed an order and cancelled it within a few mins. Customer support responded asap and I thought it was cancelled but then a few days later they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I contacted customer support again and they said that they couldn't do anything about it since it was already shipped.

So far so good So far so good. Supposedly I was chosen to win a full refund if I posted something about the support of aliveadetox.com and to be totally honest I haven't had any experience with them. To Add to this, I hadn't even received my detox foot bath yet either. Hope this helps and good luck to me!
