AUMany Issues and Zero Support I bought an esim that was supposedly compatible with a Huawei GT Pro watch, and over $100 in credit. I received the QR code, but it didn't work with the watch. I tried to contsct customer Support- no answer after several attempts. I decided just to use the esim on my phone. It worked for a while, but, when I travelled overseas, the internet connection failed and hasn't worked since. Again, no response from Customer service. I was supposed to get capacity to make phone calls etc, but it is IOT and only data. Their promise of Support is a complete lie!

GBRefund I joined Mobility to use their SIM card. I paid for everything, but did not have a good feeling about it. I searched the internet and found negative reviews. I immediately wrote to Mobility requesting a full refund. I was informed that it takes 30 days to receive a refund. Well over 30 days has gone by and I have yet to hear anything. Luckily, I placed the charge on my credit card and it is being disputed. I do not recommend this company for the way they deal with their customers. Empty promises.

NLCustomer service is almost non existant Initially it took 2 days before receiving an account instead of the promised 20 minutes. Then we received an e-sim that we never got to work(tried on 2 devices). No customer service replies, then requested money back wihin the 14 days( money back guarantee) : no reply again. We suspect it is fraudulous because of above. Still hope they are reasonable and will return our money as they so-far did not do what was promised.. It seems to have a reason that banktransfers are required for payment instead of more protected creditcard transfers.
