AUProduct does not work and company does not respond I purchased an International Prepaid Data Sim card. I am not able to get a connection. Initially I got a response from their support department claiming I was at fault and not setting up the card correctly. They then proceeded to ignore me other than sending me automated failed connection emails. I have asked for a refund and raised a dispute with Paypal but they are refusing the refund. I am clearly not the only person who has been conned by this company

MXno response from support 2 weeks requesting refund and no answer. after purchasing eSIM I discovered that they assign a UK number and not US number, I requested a refund and they told me that they will assign a US number and this will take a few days, I have waited for 2 weeks and nothing happened, I've sent another email requesting refund as they haven't made the changes and no response.

GBSend my money never received the email… Send my money never received the email with the login information. Now my account cannot be located. Don't waste your money.

AUMany Issues and Zero Support I bought an esim that was supposedly compatible with a Huawei GT Pro watch, and over $100 in credit. I received the QR code, but it didn't work with the watch. I tried to contsct customer Support- no answer after several attempts. I decided just to use the esim on my phone. It worked for a while, but, when I travelled overseas, the internet connection failed and hasn't worked since. Again, no response from Customer service. I was supposed to get capacity to make phone calls etc, but it is IOT and only data. Their promise of Support is a complete lie!

GBRefund I joined Mobility to use their SIM card. I paid for everything, but did not have a good feeling about it. I searched the internet and found negative reviews. I immediately wrote to Mobility requesting a full refund. I was informed that it takes 30 days to receive a refund. Well over 30 days has gone by and I have yet to hear anything. Luckily, I placed the charge on my credit card and it is being disputed. I do not recommend this company for the way they deal with their customers. Empty promises.
