GBMisleading and false advertising Misleading and false advertising. Bought Serato Sample and it offered a 30% discount off first purchase from LoopMasters. LoopMasters states they are no longer part of this promotion. Serato Sample's response "oops we thought they were still working with us". It doesn't seem like a big deal but it is when you consider this software is STRICTLY for LOOPS!

GBSo far, Serato is a fluke! I have had Serato for a couple of years. I lost money on gigs due to Serato malfunctioning, stumbling and stuttering on me! I have e-mailed Serato to fix this problem for good and got no answers! I have given Serato an ultimatum to fix their hiccups once and for all or I will report them as disreputable!

DJ pro what the hell's going on with their updates? Now my computer and everything aint working, right. I give it a one star. If it was my. Opportunity, I'll give it a 0. I'm pissed off. DKTerrible products and customer service even worse I bought Serato sample. I was hyped about it. But this plugin asks for online verification every time i open a new project or re-opens a project. I spend now 5 minutes per day verifying Serato plugins... it's sooo crazy poor for a plugin in 2024. If all my plugins were like this i would spend 1 hour per day verifying stuff. I thought this would have to be a bug, so i wrote customer service. They said "it asks for verification sometimes"?? which is quite unclear and also untrue. And now i'm in an 8 week deep customer service correspondance, where i once a week get referred back to some FAQ answer from someone who hasn't read our whole thread. My guess is that this will continue forever, once a week another useless reply, that dosen't even answer the questions in most recent mail to them. This plugin was not cheap, so this is sooo poor service. GET PROFESSIONAL SERATO
