KEI subscribed to solo plan19.99 dolars… I subscribed to solo plan19.99 dolars per month but they ended up deducting 54.49 /month dolars from my account mark you you are only limited to 7 documents..this company is the biggest fraud with unseen charges.

GBRefund issue escalated to bank dispute This company double charged me twice in a year. Even though I provided bank statements for the debits from their business address, I had to raise a dispute with the bank. I understand if they cannot see the charge, my dispute will be processed and taken care of. But, why not fix the system that did this twice in a year?

ZATerrible Customer Service Great app, but terrible customer service when you're having billing issues. Just no response to emails etc.
