CRThis is a SCAM! Watch Out They charged me after cancelling my membership with their "5 days excuse". I got asked like 5 times if I was sure, offered me a discount and still after stating no and getting a confirmation on the app, they charged me the fee. When I placed a claim they said I should have claim 5 days after. I check my bank statement at the end of the month so this is definitely a scam

DETheir unsubscribe button in their email… Their unsubscribe button in their email lists do not work. I told them this, but they did not fix it. And I am still getting their super enoying marketing emails.

GBRefund issue escalated to bank dispute This company double charged me twice in a year. Even though I provided bank statements for the debits from their business address, I had to raise a dispute with the bank. I understand if they cannot see the charge, my dispute will be processed and taken care of. But, why not fix the system that did this twice in a year?

SGTerrible after sales Way too expensive for what it does, not value for money, and customer service is very disappointing. They use a 5 day policy as an excuse, not to refund you after they bill you quietly without your noticing fees went up. Such business methods are not ethical. Hope management can review and improve. It can only do this one time to each of us and we will never return. I never understood why would people do business this way.
