Service is horrible and they refuse to allow you to cancel after they get your credit card. I've been calling and emailing daily for weeks and every single time I call including when I had my credit card company call they say I have to speak to a solutions specialist and they are never available and they promise a call back that day. Read the reviews. This is what they do to EVERYONE that tries to cancel. They are a horrible company with zero ethics.

GBFRAUD! FRAUD!! Do NOT I repeat DO NOT use this company!!! They lie about services and do not provide them at all! They charge and do not provide service!! If you try to cancel they won't let you talk to the cancellation person, bait and switch!! BEWARE!! We are not the only ones, so many complaints about this company, how are they still in business?! We were so sure when we got drawn in and thought it looked good but now they won't cancel and are stealing funds from us without permission and without providing the service promised!!

GBI signed up for the new letter and… I signed up for the new letter and social media posting. When I saw the SM posting was full of links to other affiliate marketing sites I ask to cancel. They did downgrade my plan to newsletters and the landing page. The newsletters are nice and for 12 months they were clean. I ask to cancel and they cut the price in half so I stayed. Now they have started to place the marketing links into the newsletter and tell me it is to site what they are writing about. First of all that is not proper siting. I canceled as I am not under contract. Also my mail out has dropped more than 40 pieces in just a few months.

PHGreat customer service It has an excellent and dedicated customer service. You can tell that the team wants clients to succeed, and they are extremely responsive. Because of this, the software was so easy to set up and use, and I and my customers seem happy with it so far. They were very supportive during this pandemic and very helpful in getting my payments pushed when I needed it.
