GBA good tool for a day-to-day PMS relief practice I have been experiencing my PMS conditions since 20-ish. I tried quite a few PMS relief methods/supplements to conquer it. But I just cannot keep them consistantly. The good thing of MenstrEaze web app is it gives you day-to-day (not-)todo list and it adjusts according to your cycles. I don't need to remember to take what supplements and what to eat and what don't eat. I just take 3 minutes read the todo list every morning. Plus, it gives a comprehensive solution, including diet, easy practice, psychological practice, and even musical therapy. I tried one week and I think it is good and convenient for me. I just purchased a membership and see how it goes.

GBThe music therapy worked great! I didn't realize music therapy is good for diverting my mind when feeling pain. The two tracks mixing a few classical pieces were really helpful. I fell asleep after 15 minutes. Can you provide more music tracks for relaxing? I only see a few, or maybe I didn't find the right place.

GBGood product for my PMS so far I am middle-aged and have tried various standard supplements for PMS as my hormone is not balanced, but none seemed quite right. This product appears to offer a more personalized approach in this area, so I decided to get a subscription. So far so good.

GBInstant refresh with Peppermint Roll-on I just got this peppermint roll-on for headaches and I’m loving it. Super easy to use – I just applied it over my temples and forehead, no mess at all. The cool feeling kicks in pretty fast, like in about 30 seconds, and it really chills out my headache. Plus, the roll-on ball works like a charm, and its quality is pretty good as well. Totally a 5-star thing for me!

GBhelp with hormonal balance I've been struggling with hormonal weight gain, and it's been rough. But I got my hands on the Period Digest Harmony and the Period and Mood Harmony Daily Pack. After just two weeks, I'm feeling so much better. These are definitely staying in my routine!
