GBA good tool for a day-to-day PMS relief practice I have been experiencing my PMS conditions since 20-ish. I tried quite a few PMS relief methods/supplements to conquer it. But I just cannot keep them consistantly. The good thing of MenstrEaze web app is it gives you day-to-day (not-)todo list and it adjusts according to your cycles. I don't need to remember to take what supplements and what to eat and what don't eat. I just take 3 minutes read the todo list every morning. Plus, it gives a comprehensive solution, including diet, easy practice, psychological practice, and even musical therapy. I tried one week and I think it is good and convenient for me. I just purchased a membership and see how it goes.

GBIt’s really working!!!! I was in so much pain during my period last month, so I searched for treatments online and that’s when I came across MenstrEaze. I input my symptoms into the system, and the system recommended several treatment methods for me. I chose a recommended supplement and some dietary recipes to try. Today, my period came again, and the pain was obviously reduced a lot!!! I will continue to eat the supplements, probably will try some new method that recommend by the system, hoping to keep the menstrual pain away from me forever.
