The product itself is really good to use - both from an admin side and an end-user side. I like it far more than previous software I have tried and staff find it easy to use as well - as a lecture capture system and also for screencasting or capturing short, mobile videos as 'talking heads' or 'in the field'. You can also buy into a 1-click captioning service that produces human-level compliant closed captions for your videos.
