The audio cuts in and out, rendering viewing useless. This is an issue not only for students trying to return to a lecture for review but especially for students who are sick and cannot attend lecture in person. We have resorted to zoom recording, which is also not ideal because of how our auditorium is set up, but at least allows us to hear what is being taught. I reached out to our school's IT and they said it related to Panopto. When I emailed Panopto, they redirected my complaint to our school's IT department without so much as reading or responding to my concerns. Apparently I have no means of getting this issue resolved.
