We are coming back! We left because we wanted a product that was already in one of our paid subscriptions. We are coming back! These products could not deliver what Calendly does: Teams Bookings Google Bookings Zoho CRM Bookings Calendly: Easy to book a meeting with multiple employees where the calendars are all read correctly. Easy to edit multiple invite templates at once. Easy to clone existing templates to make new templates. Not tied in to the use of other Microsoft or Google products in a way that limits use. Works well with Google and other products where it was necessary (online meeting scheduling).

Waste of time and money Calendly worked fine until they started 'upgrading' the software. Now it's WAY to messy and complicated and nothing works. Classic case of software engineers adding new features and making 'improvements' just for the sake of it. Now I can't even generate a simple one-off invite with specific dates and times. Won't sync with iCal either. Spent hours with various agents on the Chat trying to fix it – to no avail. I'm out. Never again.

It can be used for basic things It can be used for basic things, but for more serious use it lacks some important features or simply doesn't work as expected. E.g. for sms notifications the guest reconfirmation only works once per guest address, you can't book a meeting from the admin page, etc. The chat support is nothing but a basic AI chatbot. All in all it doesn't cost much, the sms notifications make it worth the price, but it could be much better.

I'm a recruiter and this is one of the best free tools that doesn't restrict the usability to take a pro plan Easy to share, easy to schedule. Quick fix from customer support when I had a problem concerning the email adress registered The platform is great with a lot of options. I would add 5 stars if the interface had more delight (colours, shapes, micro animations)
