The worst application ever The worst application ever, hours spend to try to connect my outlook with Calendly. Nothing is really working, never understrand the hype around this app as this is clearly the last thing you need to boost productivity. An absolute nightmare

not user-friendly design and useless support Fantastic support response time! Still waiting on a solution after 48 hours... It was impossible to update my availability in a way that actually affected the booking link! This design is infuriating! It creates nothing but frustration when trying to manage event availability. Who designed this? Did they even consider usability? The whole process is hidden and convoluted. It takes forever to find the event, then unearth the availability settings buried in some obscure menu. Fix this mess before it drives everyone crazy!

Terrible service I ended up with a free trial when I neither need nor requested one (fell into it while trying to accept an appointment). I then spent half an hour trying to extract myself from this with no help from anyone other than robots and repetitive advice. I was unable to get anyone to help or provide me with someone who could help properly. Disgraceful. Would never use or recommend!

Really great tool Really great tool. I have seen a massive increase in attendance for meetings having started putting the responsibility on clients to book it in themselves through Calendly rather than me messing around back and forth with emails. Plus the free trial is actually genuinely a free trial. Not the usual deceptive business practises hoping I forget to cancel. Just an honest free trial, excellent. I also used support as I was having trouble with the event calendar set up. They were quick to answer on live chat and sorted the problem straight away. Great tool and I will likely sign up over the next few weeks.

Waste of time and money Calendly worked fine until they started 'upgrading' the software. Now it's WAY to messy and complicated and nothing works. Classic case of software engineers adding new features and making 'improvements' just for the sake of it. Now I can't even generate a simple one-off invite with specific dates and times. Won't sync with iCal either. Spent hours with various agents on the Chat trying to fix it – to no avail. I'm out. Never again.
