I never received Services Paid for. I never received a Calendly subscription for my google account, despite them charging me the yearly fee. I tried reaching out 5 times via both phone and email but never could reach anyone. I would beware using them personally or for a business. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my credit card to get the full refund, still haven't heard back from Calendly. Google now seems to offer their own solution, maybe Calendly has given up.

Waste of time and money Calendly worked fine until they started 'upgrading' the software. Now it's WAY to messy and complicated and nothing works. Classic case of software engineers adding new features and making 'improvements' just for the sake of it. Now I can't even generate a simple one-off invite with specific dates and times. Won't sync with iCal either. Spent hours with various agents on the Chat trying to fix it – to no avail. I'm out. Never again.

Quick fix from customer support when I had a problem concerning the email adress registered The platform is great with a lot of options. I would add 5 stars if the interface had more delight (colours, shapes, micro animations)

not user-friendly design and useless support Fantastic support response time! Still waiting on a solution after 48 hours... It was impossible to update my availability in a way that actually affected the booking link! This design is infuriating! It creates nothing but frustration when trying to manage event availability. Who designed this? Did they even consider usability? The whole process is hidden and convoluted. It takes forever to find the event, then unearth the availability settings buried in some obscure menu. Fix this mess before it drives everyone crazy!

Did not add value, caused much pain. I signed up for a free trial at the request of our recruiters. First ding: it required a connection to my Google Calendar to start the trial. Despite requiring this, it didn't actually use *any* of the information in the calendar to actually help - it didn't apply my timezone - it didn't pick up any current meetings to block out time Second ding: Changing the timezone of the meeting I set up was *deeply* non-obvious. Third ding: I have had *incessant* spam emails from them ever since signing up for the trial. Would not use in the future, even if you paid me - literally a completely useless tool.
