Not only all the integrations RM offers (online applications, online payments, App-managed move out inspections, to name a few I personally use) make the process of managing properties easy, but also the customer service offered on real time over the phone, covering all topics (from minor scripting, owner statements and to financial statements -with accounting knowledgeable CS-) make RM an essential tool in managing my properties.

GBIts a complex online system. Its a complex online system. i tried it for 3 months spent allot of money on trying it and after 3 months that it didn't work for me Rent Manager wouldn't refund me a dollar, they have a expensive initial fee + they want to charge for them to show you how the system works.... unless you own 500+ units id say try a different system.

GBPoor implementation and training we are… Poor implementation and training we are spending more people in more time trying to get the system used and we ever have in the 20 years doing this job. Is very poor training unable to use everything. 7 months later.

GBRent Manager is not recommended Rent Manager is not recommended. It keeps you logging out, someone kicking you out, while working in the evening when no one of my co worker is using it, no one knows my password, but it showing some else is using the account. When I called the customer support, no one even tried to help me. In emergency line, I called couple of time, no one even and answered calling me back.

GBWe have been using the Rent Manager… We have been using the Rent Manager program for many many years to run our mobile home parks and have found it to be the most reliable tool we have. Their Tech support department is fantastic they work with you to resolve issues you may have or to help you navigate areas you are unsure of. I highly recommend this company over any others.
