GBPAYG top up Voucher SCAM warning If you have a PAYG top up Voucher the small print on the voucher states " Expires 12 months after purchase date" There is no other mention what to do. Getting a lot of conflicting feedback dialling4455 some saying go back to the store you purchased it from and others state its "NOT REFUNDABLE" I challenged this with TESCO HO "I exchanged a £20 note for that voucher that would have been refunded on day 364 but then on day 366 you keep £20 note and have given nothing back in return. How does that work and why does it need by date. Clearly explain why there is no mention its NOT REFUNDABLE on the voucher as that makes it non valid claim and a scam where I would have told you where to stick that £20 voucher. Lets see how the ombudsman deals with this. Also learnt today if you do not make a call in 3 months all PAYG credit get erased as i spend many months overseas

IEAvoid the 14 day return scam Got a 35 quid plan and was told you can return the phone within 14 days if you change your mind.I changed my mind and returned the phone however they wouldn't except it back as the phone has a small mark on it and a part of the SIM insert had something wrong with it so was told I had to keep the phone because of this .What do you expect after 14 days you'd be no excepting it back for finger prints on the screen next ! Wasn't told about this when I got the phone very disappointed and wouldn't recommend changing your mind and returning the phone and absolute scam so beware won't be going back to Tesco mobile anytime soon they have the phone and didn't get the cost of the phone back either SHOCKING

IEMy phone got blocked even though my… My phone got blocked even though my account was paid fully updated. Tesco said it was computer problem but that is not good enough to get it sorted I was on hold for 25min listening to some crap music. Then a very rude lady came back to me and said it was sorted gave no explanation and would not let me speak or ask why then just hung up. Shame on tesco mobile Ireland

IETop Up rip off. Tesco mobile offer a 15euro top up for 5 euro in clubcard vouchers. They promise to give back the change to your clubcard account, eg a 6 euro voucher used to buy a top up should result in 1 euro change. They are keeping the change instead of returning it to the customer. Three phone calls to their help line has failed to fix this. They told me in was an IT problem and would take a number of days to fix and that they would call me back. They gave me a reference number for the case and put my name on the clubcard account so that I would not have to call my wife to the phone for permission for them to discuss it with me. They never called me back. Months later I phoned them. They knew nothing about it. It was as though the earlier conversation had never occurred. Tesco haven't a shred of integrity.
