IEAwful Zero stars. Shocking customer service, manager refused to come on the phone and i could not even make a complaint! I would NEVER buy a tesco mobile or sim card again! If you're considering then don't do it!

IEDO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT I ordered a prepaid SIM card for 10 EURO. And then the problems began. The card didn't arrive. Customer service via email couldn't help, the chat didn't work. After a very long phone call I was told they couldn't just send a new card. After further discussions they were ready to send one. It arrived at some point, but couldn't be activated. More emails and then conversations with support. Nobody was able to activate this card. So I canceled the order. Shortly afterwards 15 euros were debited. For a 10 euro prepay plan. And then another 10 euros. The support only gives excuses, I feel really ripped off. Never again with this company!

IEVery bad experience. I spent a lot of time giving all requested/required information to Tesco Mobile, so they could 'Port-over' my current number to my new Tesco account. I was assured this would be done the following morning, however it was not. I subsequently received bills from my previous provider weeks later, who also told me that Tesco Mobile Ireland HAD NOT 'ported-over' my old number. Because of this, I missed several important phone calls & had to pay for two service providers for over 2 months. Extremely poor customer complaints department.
