GBUnprofessional and unreliable Avoid them they are the worst network… the phone never works abroad no matter where you are I called them and all they had to say is we do not guarantee network coverage abroad. Now I travel pretty much twice a month so there is no point of me having a Tesco phone

IEDO NOT DO IT DO NOT DO IT I ordered a prepaid SIM card for 10 EURO. And then the problems began. The card didn't arrive. Customer service via email couldn't help, the chat didn't work. After a very long phone call I was told they couldn't just send a new card. After further discussions they were ready to send one. It arrived at some point, but couldn't be activated. More emails and then conversations with support. Nobody was able to activate this card. So I canceled the order. Shortly afterwards 15 euros were debited. For a 10 euro prepay plan. And then another 10 euros. The support only gives excuses, I feel really ripped off. Never again with this company!

IEMy phone got blocked even though my… My phone got blocked even though my account was paid fully updated. Tesco said it was computer problem but that is not good enough to get it sorted I was on hold for 25min listening to some crap music. Then a very rude lady came back to me and said it was sorted gave no explanation and would not let me speak or ask why then just hung up. Shame on tesco mobile Ireland

IEOne of the worse companies in Ireland. One of the worse companies in Ireland. 1st of all they overcharged me for data traffic almost 4 times. (80 eur instead 20), Instead to stop service right away when Unlimited data traffic was fully used. YES UNLIMITED DATA TRAFFIC HAS LIMITS. Seems Tesco Mobile lives in different world. Even more after canceling my subscription they kept sending bills for NOTHING, Literally FOR NOTHING. You cannot use data traffic but should pay. Strongly advise to avoid this company.

FRTesco mobile €15 per month Tesco mobile €15 per month, works ok in Ireland but when you travel abroad major problems. In France can't receive calls from French mobiles or landlines but can get calls from Ireland.Hsve read a lot of comments here same advice, try Sim in different phone, turn on off airplane mode , take out sim bla bla bla ... Tesco says they have coverage in 100 countries this is false advertising.I will be moving to another provider asap
