Showers is a must Experience was great. I have to say little upset at Ritz Carlton they do not provide to use showers I’ve used Resort pass in the past and all other hotels allow the use of Spa showers I think Resort pass should talk to Ritz on allowing Resort pass guest to have access to showers

I booked two days at two different… I booked two days at two different resorts in Palm Beach. We couldn’t make the first one. I think it needs to be easier to cancel and get a credit on the website. It’s not so straightforward and I think 24 hours for refund is a bit much for cancelling a beach reservation.

Paradise for a day! Fantastic time at a beautiful resort using a day pass, otherwise I never would've been able to afford to stay! Instructions so simple, process so easy. Best $ spent ever!

I would highly recommend using this… I would highly recommend using this service. We had a booking error and they were quick and efficient in helping me fix the error and providing me a refund. We did use a resort in Dominican Republic via ResortPass and it was 10/10. I will definitely use this company again. Would recommend.
