GBPrefect Beach Day Experience. Decided to try something other than the typical cruise excursion. Everything was as described. The check in process was easy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a short walk along the dock to the beach. We had our pick of waterfront lounge chairs. The quality of chairs and lingers were fine. The area was not crowded at all, maybe 5-7 other couples. The bar on-site did open and served food and beverage, which was a surprise since we thought the amenities were closed due to renovations. Overall, It was the perfect beach day and certainly worth the price.

GBIt is very hard to get in contact with… It is very hard to get in contact with customer service. Phone and chat messages are not monitored. I have been trying to connect for two weeks. I sent emails to info@ResortPass as well as concierge@resortpass and pms through Facebook. If you need any assistance or direct interaction with an employee you will not get it with this company.

GBShowers is a must Experience was great. I have to say little upset at Ritz Carlton they do not provide to use showers I’ve used Resort pass in the past and all other hotels allow the use of Spa showers I think Resort pass should talk to Ritz on allowing Resort pass guest to have access to showers

GBWaste What really irritated me was the $40 automatic gratuity, which included a walk to our chairs and two towels. It was just a complete waste of money and I will not be using ResortPass again.

GBGreat value for the cost The rates charged for a family of four for a day go use hotels amenities was very reasonable. The pool and surrounding areas were clean, staff was extremely nice and attentive. Spending an afternoon at this hotel has made us consider staying here the next trip.
