We searched for the local resorts, the website clearly indicated what was included, purchased easily, and showed up at the resort to find wristbands waiting for us. GBWe came across Resortpass .. We came across Resortpass after leaving our cruise ship. Another passenger recommended it because they had a late flight and wanted to overcome that time waiting for their flight. So we look up resortpass and found wonderful hotels in Miami where we could stay for 5-7 hours before our next flight. We went to the rooftop and hang out on the pool. We got some food nearby and had some time to relax. Definitely recommend it.

GBI booked two days at two different… I booked two days at two different resorts in Palm Beach. We couldn’t make the first one. I think it needs to be easier to cancel and get a credit on the website. It’s not so straightforward and I think 24 hours for refund is a bit much for cancelling a beach reservation.

GBIt is very hard to get in contact with… It is very hard to get in contact with customer service. Phone and chat messages are not monitored. I have been trying to connect for two weeks. I sent emails to info@ResortPass as well as concierge@resortpass and pms through Facebook. If you need any assistance or direct interaction with an employee you will not get it with this company.
