GBI booked two days at two different… I booked two days at two different resorts in Palm Beach. We couldn’t make the first one. I think it needs to be easier to cancel and get a credit on the website. It’s not so straightforward and I think 24 hours for refund is a bit much for cancelling a beach reservation.

GBI loved my staycation and the option to… I loved my staycation and the option to use the The Waterfront Hilton hotel facilities was amazing. I felt like a guest and was treated as one. The gym was closed so that was unfortunate, but I got to use the jacuzzi and lounge with the nice beachfront views. The hotel is conveniently located right by a shopping center so I walked not even 2 minutes away to Pacific City.

GBOmni orlando day pass Such a great experience! my first time using the day pass- easy checkin, beautiful pools, delicious food and friendly customer service - get blue ticket for parking at checkout - plenty of towels given - love this place!

GBOn April 19 On April 19, we arrived at Hilton Fort Lauderdale resort in FL, they upgraded us to a daybed since too much sun on that day, By doing this, the hotel asked us to contact the resortpass to cancel the booking which we did on that morning after the cruise. Since it is the same resort, we have purchased it on-site, the hotel is 100% positive for the resortpass will refund us. We have the resort receipt, but after sending couple emails to customer service. No reply at all! Shame on this company. I am going to fight back to get my refund!

CAGreat day in Waikiki The booking was easy and the experience exactly as described. We left the cruise at 9am but our flights were at 11pm - having a place to lie down with shade, pool and beach access and come and go privileges was fabulous. Highly recommend !
