AETruly terrible service Truly terrible service. Their plans are confusingly written. I signed up thinking I could use 2 QR codes per month, but after paying $60, I discovered it was only 2 per year. This crucial information was buried in the legal section. So, effectively, the price is $30 per QR code. On top of that, their customer service is awful. No one responds, and after submitting multiple tickets, I received a generic response before they closed the ticket.

GBGreat if using basic services. TERRIBLE support and bulk upload features Product is decent. Massively let down by the EXTREMELY slow and incompetent first line customer care (despite being a paid member) each time you contact them expect a min 2 day reply. Bulk uploading of links doesn’t work if you are redirecting to the same link. Instead you have to add “UTMs” which is time consuming for each one. I have now moved to another provider where bulk uploading works and emails are responded to in a couple of hours max. Bitlys 2nd line support is far more responsive in the 2 times I had to reach out. Just to respond to each email takes 2-3 days minimum and up to 5 days!! Only good if you are doing ad hoc links here and there and using the free account- Only getting two stars for this reason otherwise 1. Avoid if paying and expecting support.

AUWon't provide support Won't provide support The account is deactivated, and they keep charging me. Because account is deactivated you can't reach out to support because they have no contact email

GBAVOID Bitly AT ALL COSTS Would give 0 Stars if possible. Absolute rubbish that has invaded my phone and prevents legitimate APPs from connecting to the appropriate sites. Have tried to get Bitly support to remove block but no help. Just need to get rid of Bitly. DO NOT INSTALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

GBInfested with short links to adult sites. For many years we have gotten our inboxes full of bitly links containing adult sites. Bitly has been advised of this many times, but obviously never answered nor acted on any of our reports. I have to suspect that bitly profits hugely from unsolicited advertisers and junk mailers.
