Terrible support with huge bugs! We created a QR code and printed it on hundreds of products. Then our QR code disappeared from the system. When I asked customer service if they could restore it because it is causing us a lot of damage, they said they were aware of the problem and would let me know when it was fixed. That's all. They didn't care at all about our loss due to their software not working. This is not the first time I haven't found customer service useful and just wasted my time with it, just like with the program, which often doesn't work the way it should. The management should be replaced very quickly, otherwise the company will go bankrupt...

Big SCAM Big SCAM. The Business model is that people generate QR codes and print them on their stuff (Flyers, Magazines etc) and after two weeks they get inactive. Then you will have to pay for a whole year in order to use them. (but you will, because reprinting everything costs more)

If I could give a minus 1 I would If I could give a minus 1 I would. Not fit for purpose and no cooling off period after paying for the full year. Couldn't generate QR codes and lost my monthly allowance. Tried to talk to helpdesk and asked me the same thing over and over again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Truly terrible service Truly terrible service. Their plans are confusingly written. I signed up thinking I could use 2 QR codes per month, but after paying $60, I discovered it was only 2 per year. This crucial information was buried in the legal section. So, effectively, the price is $30 per QR code. On top of that, their customer service is awful. No one responds, and after submitting multiple tickets, I received a generic response before they closed the ticket.
