GBThe worst restaurant POS experience I… The worst restaurant POS experience I have had in 20 years of owning restaurants. 2 weeks into using this system at a full service restaurant and it continues to crash 10-15 times per shift. Support has know about this issue and it has not been resolved. Please save yourself the headache and go with another POS provider.

GBPOSSIBLEPOS features a Customer Display… POSSIBLEPOS features a Customer Display System, which can be utilized for promotions or showcase menu items in multiple places within your premises. Similarly, the system offers delivery monitoring to manage numerous deliveries at once This is a good all-around option, and a great one for managers Has a ton of restaurant-specific features servers can split menu items and bills among customers

GBThey where quick to sell me a system nothing but lies… They where quick to sell me a system and change my merchant services that I was extremely happy with and they said they cant sell me a system with out merchant. I went to find out that was a lie. I called all day and try to resolve an issue with there reporting and how things get reported that where incorrect. I then went to review my account and seen that over three thousand dollars where missing and the financial manager Debra stated she would get back to me and lied the whole time. Adam the sales representative lied the whole time and stated that the company is very big on morals and wanted do everything right and stated he was there but once the sale was over he was done. They tried to sneak things in on contracts and lie to get what they want. Once a problem happens management don't want to solve any thing they just want do hope everything goes away. I WILL BE GETTING WITH MY ATTORNEY FOR FALSE ADVARTISING AND MISS LEADING A CONSUMER TO BELIEVE SOMETHING TO MAKE A SALE.

GBLets start with they have resellers… Lets start with they have resellers reel you into a leasing agreement. To this date it has cost me over $7,000 for a system that was only used for the 1st 6 months of the "contract" the POS system ALWAYS had issues with not being able to function correctly. They blamed the internet provider, had me change providers (lost money there) same issues. We got to the point where we just stopped using the POS because we would have our customers waiting for the issues to get resolved or the system to get update. When we tried to return all the equipment they told us we were stuck with a 5 year contract. Now we are trying to give back this equipment because we our lease is over and they gave me a number that is disconnected. What a joke.

GBOVVI may be good for large corporations… OVVI may be good for large corporations but if you are a small company I suggest you stay away from them. I've been using there equipment for 35 days and have to call tech support for 35 days, 3 times a day. Not with new issues but the same ones. Mow and Paw companies run like hell away from them.
