Accounting for coupon discount totals appear as an item category and are netted into the total sales. Errors occur while deleting unused items causing the system to retain sort keys for items that no longer exist. On the bright side, support will answer their phone, just don't expect to have anything corrected. The list of problem with this system goes on an on and on and ........

OVVI may be good for large corporations… OVVI may be good for large corporations but if you are a small company I suggest you stay away from them. I've been using there equipment for 35 days and have to call tech support for 35 days, 3 times a day. Not with new issues but the same ones. Mow and Paw companies run like hell away from them.
