Poor customer service behavior. Poor customer service behavior. Ignoring notifications and responding in the spirit that they do not care about the illegal activities of their clients. This is completely unacceptable and very bad style. I find this behavior truly outrageous.

I'm very satisfied with all the… I'm very satisfied with all the services they provide. I run all my domains on Cloudflare for years and never had issues. The 4 starts is only for the old user interface, example on R2 service there are some minor frontend issues. But overall all protection, rate limit handling is flawlessly run by them.

Bad behavior of customer service A person with the name Annel Quevedo from customer service introduced herself to us after we took out a subscription with Cloudflare. She offered an introductory meeting. I was happy to accept as I had a few questions. As a founder, I have a busy schedule, but I still wanted to make time for it and prepared myself for the call. Just a few minutes before the call, the lady cancelled the appointment with the explanation: If you have no further questions, I will cancel our appointment. She did not ask me, if it would be ok to cancel the meeting because of this or that reason. She just canceled it. This is absolutely unacceptable and very bad style. I will now consider switching to another provider. I find this behavior really outrageous.

19 days and still no response! Just WOW! This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had from a company. They've written that they are experienced higher than usual demand in tech support requests. It has now been 19 days since I sent my support request and they will not reply! I'm on the Pro Plan. The start it was a great service and… The start it was a great service and paid for a year well now my domain is expired and i've been trying to last few months to pay but keep getting errors then when i go into my billing to add new payment it just says "Your account is undergoing maintenance as part of our billing system upgrade. You may experience difficulties in updating your payment method or managing your subscriptions for the next 24 hours. Please try again later." right now my domain is expired and offline with all my services and still can not make a payment, made a ticket but who knows if they will help.
