Buying products while being in the other country I have a permanent address in the other country than the one from which I access the internet now for buying one of the products. I cant provide different address as it may be viewed by my bank as a breach of AML procedures and I may get freezed my bank account. I am obligated to use the same address which is under my card. All of this, despite of the fact that country in which I have residence is on the list. Awful buying experience. The worst one I ever had. Website looks like a joke also. Still do not know why creators use such thing like this website to sell their products / services as it just complicate a lot of things for the users. I have sent message to support during US working hours and nobody replied to me. Worst, worst, worst. Will overcome this, buy from other account by my friend, and then he will post also his review, probably with the 1 star, so next time you understand how to take care of your clients.

Just made a purchase - feels like a scam Just made a purchase. I'm now unable to download the font for which I paid. I had to download the Gumroad app, super buggy, feels like they are trying to get as much information as possible to sell. After creating an account, I'm still unable to download the file. Fortunately I managed to contact the designer and he agreed to send me the file.

This is a TOTAL scam This is a TOTAL scam. Their phone is an outgoing message and their website/support is an endless loop. Trying to reach them through LinkedIn didn't work either. I don't know what this charge is and the best I could get (via AMEX) is a "receipt" with the amount which I already knew and nothing else. This was a recurring change on top of it. I blocked any future charges and if I don't get anywhere with getting the 36.80 refunded or an explanation of what I purchased I am opening a fraud case. I have no email record of any kind which is SOP when you "purchase" something via online.

Have give some free products away and the moment I made 1 sale they suspended my account without even asking questions or warning. Now they accused me of selling the things I didn't sell and deleted all products and data etc. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM AND SAVE SOME NERVES AND TIME!
