GBSuddenly locked out and rate limited for no reason Just signed up for an art lesson membership. I’ve watched 2 videos with no problem and now all of a sudden I have an error message saying I’m temporarily rate limited and I can’t access anything. Will try tomorrow and cancel if it persists. I feel sorry for the creator as the videos and teaching was excellent.

GBGreat Razors, Great company support My husband LOVES the razors and they give him a great shave!! We are in the USA and are on subscription for his razors. We have never had an issue all this time, but this time he got the wrong blades sent. Gruum was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to my email and sent correct blades out right away! Could not be happier with the product, company and their quick action to correct the mistake! GREAT PRODUCT GREAT COMPANY- highly recommend!

GBLike Being Ignored? This Is the Site for You. Totally and completely unresponsive. I made a purchase on the site and it turned out not to be what I was expecting. I contacted them literally the same day through the website form to let them know there was a problem. The message on submission said they respond within 24 hours. No response. I contacted them a second time. Still waiting for a response. Definitely would not purchase anything here again and recommend that no one else does.

GBThis is a TOTAL scam This is a TOTAL scam. Their phone is an outgoing message and their website/support is an endless loop. Trying to reach them through LinkedIn didn't work either. I don't know what this charge is and the best I could get (via AMEX) is a "receipt" with the amount which I already knew and nothing else. This was a recurring change on top of it. I blocked any future charges and if I don't get anywhere with getting the 36.80 refunded or an explanation of what I purchased I am opening a fraud case. I have no email record of any kind which is SOP when you "purchase" something via online.

GBHmmm Hmmm. Very frustrating and not on. Had an issue with being charged extra after I had already paid, and an automatic payment being set up without my consent. It happened again immediately after, despite me trying to make sure nothing went wrong this time (I'm looking to buy a set of 8 videos in total). Customer support told me to contact the creator, despite it being a platform issue, but gave me a no-reply email addres. After I raised a dispute in PayPal (ongoing) I was sent an email admonishing me about doing this, saying I'm now banned from using the plarform, and told to cancel the dispute if I want to be unbanned. Still no help with my issues even though I had sent screenshots.
