GBSuddenly locked out and rate limited for no reason Just signed up for an art lesson membership. I’ve watched 2 videos with no problem and now all of a sudden I have an error message saying I’m temporarily rate limited and I can’t access anything. Will try tomorrow and cancel if it persists. I feel sorry for the creator as the videos and teaching was excellent.

CAJust made a purchase - feels like a scam Just made a purchase. I'm now unable to download the font for which I paid. I had to download the Gumroad app, super buggy, feels like they are trying to get as much information as possible to sell. After creating an account, I'm still unable to download the file. Fortunately I managed to contact the designer and he agreed to send me the file.

PYBuying products while being in the other country I have a permanent address in the other country than the one from which I access the internet now for buying one of the products. I cant provide different address as it may be viewed by my bank as a breach of AML procedures and I may get freezed my bank account. I am obligated to use the same address which is under my card. All of this, despite of the fact that country in which I have residence is on the list. Awful buying experience. The worst one I ever had. Website looks like a joke also. Still do not know why creators use such thing like this website to sell their products / services as it just complicate a lot of things for the users. I have sent message to support during US working hours and nobody replied to me. Worst, worst, worst. Will overcome this, buy from other account by my friend, and then he will post also his review, probably with the 1 star, so next time you understand how to take care of your clients.

GBHmmm Hmmm. Very frustrating and not on. Had an issue with being charged extra after I had already paid, and an automatic payment being set up without my consent. It happened again immediately after, despite me trying to make sure nothing went wrong this time (I'm looking to buy a set of 8 videos in total). Customer support told me to contact the creator, despite it being a platform issue, but gave me a no-reply email addres. After I raised a dispute in PayPal (ongoing) I was sent an email admonishing me about doing this, saying I'm now banned from using the plarform, and told to cancel the dispute if I want to be unbanned. Still no help with my issues even though I had sent screenshots.

AUFailed Payment on every device Tried making a payment over several days now, every single time it says "Something went wrong, please try again". Mastercard, VISA & Paypal. Different computers, different devices, different browsers. I'm not sure how a business or businesses can function if their hosts' payment systems don't even work.
