GBDowngraded with no notice Changed my bank account and they tried to take money from my old account. I didnt realise until suddenly they downgraded me to free. I have several important documents still in development and now they are saying I have to resubscribe. No email to say the payment couldnt be taken. Nothing. And now, to re subscribe, you guessed it, its more money.

DKTrial Version & Refund. Started the trial version, which requires credit card signup. After a few uses I determined that I did not have a use for the premium features. Forgot about signing up for premium, and texted them when they already had charged. Filled out their format, and got a refund 4 days later.

It's a nice product but when setting up a team LucidChart employees start direct contacting your team members based on their registered information. Even they start contacting the team members using LinkedIn. Such a same!

GBOffers you a free trial with 3… Offers you a free trial with 3 templates - sounds good right? So off you go and spend a few hours of your life getting your thoughts ordered, wow this is great, I'll definitely look into this next time I need something professionally and have a budget. Oh, what's that? I've run out of "free shapes" and now I have to pay you a subscription or lose all those hours of work and all the thought ordering I've done. Sneaky. Bad business. Avoid.
