Scam! Charging 100 EUR without confirmation The subscription model of this site is almost a scam. It's almost impossible to find the cancel subscription button, and when you accidentally click "One Click Subscription" you will be immediately charged the full yearly amount of a subscription. No confirmation, no question whether you want a yearly or monthly subscription, nothing. On top of that, there's no obvious way to ask for a refund. Just sent a ticket to the billing department, if that won't work then I'll escalate this to PayPal What a joke...

I remember speaking to someone when I first cancelled and never checked it until today......This is a pure scam!

Submitted ticket. Have waited 5 days with no answer. The link to my support ticket no longer works. Really?

Wrongfully Charged I stopped using my account back in early 2020, I just recently saw a charge of $95.40 on my card. They said that they can't do anything about it. From what I'm learning, they automatically renew your account without your permission. I'm looking more into a class action lawsuit against Lucid Chart. There's a community of customers who were wrong just like me. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I was not able to just cancel my subscription or downgrade it without a support ticket to a person who did not understand, "I don't use it please cancel"! This is not an acceptable business practice in 2024 and one that I would only expect from a diet pill subscription. Avoid at all costs!
